“I purchased a quantity of Shower Gel bars and have found them very, very disappointing. There is no lather from them at all, and feel that I have completely wasted my money. I have scoured the app looking for how I could complain about the purchase and have not found a way to do it.”

“absolutly love these products, I've ordered quite a few of the sets & none have dissapointed, i must admit i was a bit sceptical before i tried some of the bars but was really surprised & delighted with how well they worked & the results. if youre unsure just give it a try, i dont think you'll be disappointed !”

“Do not purchase from Gruum! Should have had 12 milk bars in total, 3 missing. All milk bars are wet/damaged and unusable. Gruum said they would replace 3 bars which is totally unacceptable as all bars are ruined!”

“Have ordered a few products from Grumm they gave all been great never had an issue even with sensitive skin. The sizes are great for travelling. Recently tried the after sun for the first time and it was really good.”

“Been using Gruum products for more than two years. I have tried quite a few of different things. Very natural and gentle products. I have sensitive skin, they worked for me. Good value, great packaging, recyclable. I do using other skincare, but Gruum products are comparable.”

“Every product that I've used has been excellent, in particular the skin care ranges. The shampoo and conditioner bars are very good and long lasting, as are the body bars. I highly recommend the perfumes, very distinctive and the scent lasts a long time. The prices are reasonable and ordering is really simple (I use the app).”

“Gruum After Sun Facial Oil Bar. I received this in a monthly subscription beauty box. I didn’t really like the thought of it and didn’t think I would use it, but nonetheless put it in my holiday bag. I’m in Crete at the moment. It’s very hot and I’m freckled and get prickly heat. Coming in from the sun every day I’ve been applying this to my face and neck. INSTANT RELIEF! Soothes hot skin and obliterates any prickle. My other half loves it too. This will now be a holiday staple for me. Absolute magic in a box ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Love the products.. I mainly like the soaps which smell gorgeous and are good for my skin.. My main problem is that if I have soaps opened for various uses that I get confused with which soap is which. I do not want to have to buy lots of different tins as this adds to the costs. Do you have a solution? I have been buying on and off for quite a few years now and recommend your products and services very highly.”
