“I like Gruum products very much but I do find your packaging to be rather odd and to be honest dull and boring and because of this unsuitable for gifting. Please change your packaging Hope this helps”

“Lovely products. I bought the suncare kit and the products feel nice to use- not greasy or sticky at all. The lip conditioner smells lovely and moisturises while also protecting from the sun.”

“As a blue card holder I sent for the sample bag at a very heavily discounted price. I did also top up the order with additional items. The products are of a very high quality and I am absolutely delighted with everything. It is unusual for me to use everything ! The SPF content is reassuring and a valuable addition. The items are also perfectly sized for holiday packing, they are not miniatures and have plenty of usage. I will be ordering again. Thank you.”

“I bought the sun summer set to take on holiday later in the year but I’ve tried the face sunscreen and I’m very impressed with it. I usually find that sunscreen just sweats off my face when the temperatures high, but not this one. It’s thicker than other brands and not greasy.”

“I love your nourishing coconut shampoo bar and have been using it for some years. I have only knocked off one star because they last longer than your longest subscription interval, which means I have to mess about with pausing and restarting it. I wish I could just let it run with a longer interval.”
