“I brought some grooming combs and brush for my puppy cocker spaniel. Also brought some shampoo,detangling sprayand purfume spray. I bathed him today and used them and he looks really lovely and smells so nice. His fur is tangle free and soft. Definately recommend.”

I have investigated your complaint and can see you were issued with a prepaid label to return your item on 23rd March, however the tracking shows this label has not yet been used. We are more than happy to replace or refund your item, but we do ask for the faulty item to come back to us as per our returns procedure and the email sent. “Bought ADIS dog clippers a few weeks ago. They were delivered in a few days. I bought them for my daughter has she had an old corded set. And she's had the training not me she says they are brilliant.”

“Although I have not yet received the product I ordered, this is by my own choice as I rang them to defer delivery as I was unexpectedly away from home. They were most accommodating in allowing my to choose a new date and I have subsequently had a telephone call to confirm the date upon which they will now dispatch my item. All people that I have spoken to have been very courteous and friendly as well as business like.”
