“I found mostly all the starter up pack fab but the thinning scissor are useless they don’t close property, I’ve not purchased a second pair from another outlet Super fast delivery”

“The product does not clean my dogs at all, and after using it, they actually smell worse. When I contacted customer service, I was told that because the bottle was already opened, you cannot accept a return. I find this very disappointing, as the product is clearly faulty and does not work as advertised. I kindly request a refund or a replacement.”
