I selected to use Groomers upon recommendation of a professional dog groomer but was very disappointed when the order arrived because clippers were obviously second hand rather than new and missing all the attachments including the blade! However, when Groomers was contacted, the staff member was polite and understanding and despatched a new clippers which arrived the next day. He also arranged for the second hand clippers to be collected by the delivery company.

I ordered some blades from Groomers and realised that I had got them sent to the wrong address as there was no one there to sign for it. The delivery was sent and a card was left with number for re delivery. I rang Groomers and spoke to a woman who appeared to sound very nice and helpful and adked if I get the blades sent to a different address. She said that would be fine, took the new address and supposedly rang the delivery company who said the blades would be with me at my new stated address on Tuesday. I got an email on the Monday saying that my blades were going to be with me at the original address that I didn't want them to be sent to!!!!!! As you can imagine I wasn't very pleased so rang Groomers again and explained the situation. The girl was very helpful and said I would finally get my items at the new address on Tuesday. It is Tuesday now and I FINALLY have my blades! When I opened the package and looked at my invoice it has the old address twice. So somewhere along the line someone didn't listen to my information about wanting to change my address! It really isn't rocket science! I am very disappointed with Groomers as they are normally very good and helpful but in this instance it took me ringing them TWICE to actually get them to realise what I wanted. Chloe

The delivery was sent to the billing address and not Seerscroft Vets as requested, where it was just left outside the front of the house. Luckily nobody has stolen it

I was missing two items one was said to be on it's way I'm still waiting and one wasn't even on there I also received two items that had leaked and I emailed them twice now and no reply

Item received was dusty & looked used, despite it being inside plastic packaging. Apart from that it was delivered Quickly and reasonably priced

After placing our order we did not receive all of our items. We have noticed that there is always so much stuff out of stock and some items we wanted from their 'New Catalogue' were not available online!

My order arrived in bottles which had not had the lids tightened, therefore my shampoo's had leaked and I have been left with half the stock.

Delivery never came on day stated and only found out by checking tracking when it may arrived still not come as yet very dissapointed

Not happy that my receipt had another companies name on it. The parcel arrived at the company I requested but didn't have my name on it so a member of staff had to open the parcel to see what the item was and who it belonged too. Not happy that someone other business is using my account details. The business must have contact yourselves and changed there address because they business has changed it place of business twice. When I set up the account the details was in my name.

I orderd a jacket for my Father on 28th Jan. You were quick to confirm receipt of order but 5 days later I have had no further response. Is the jacket in stock, dispatched?? It's Winter, my Father needs the jacket, when can I expect to receive it please? Your communication could be a lot better.

Good Day! I received my order today, but I was disappointed because I have not revived the Peter Paw Necklace that I ordered and paid for in advance and instead of the blue Peter Paw earring I got a grey one. I would like to return these earing , because it is not what I ordered and can I choose other product for the value of the necklace? (I can give you a delivery address from London, it doesn’t have to be Romania). And also the Geib Gator 3 Piece Set case has two holes on it which doesn’t bother me, it is ok, but unfortunately I can’t say that I am completely satisfied with the delivery. Order was placed for a 5Ltr Container of Crown with Royal Jelly. We are pleased with the speed of the delivery however not with the packaging. Being that this item was delivered by a national courier we all know how parcels are handled, placed on vehicles, items placed on top of them etc. When I opened the packaging quite a lot of the product had leaked into the packaging through the cap lid and opening the packaging was slimy one as you could imagine with concentrated shampoo. I would suggest that Groomers uses a different kind of packaging that will withstand the riggers of being thrown around and also having items placed on top of them whilst in transit . It would also be a good idea to seal the top of the container not just have a screw on plastic cap to rely on. I have used this product many years it is excellent shame about the delivery.

Having always been very happy with products from Groomers in the past, I was disappointed to find 2 items missing from my latest order. I must now chase these up, costing me time that no self employed business person has to waste.
