I selected to use Groomers upon recommendation of a professional dog groomer but was very disappointed when the order arrived because clippers were obviously second hand rather than new and missing all the attachments including the blade!
However, when Groomers was contacted, the staff member was polite and understanding and despatched a new clippers which arrived the next day. He also arranged for the second hand clippers to be collected by the delivery company.
