I gave poor, as I received the wrong item initially, however once I contacted Groomers they quickly dispatched the correct item and prepaid label to return the wrong item to them

Rating of poor for postage times ...if your paying postage you should get delivery next day or at least within a couple of days .Its now Wed and i ordered last week

Ordered next day delivery but it got marked as normal delivery instead, and when did actually arrive was the wrong ones!

The item was fine , well packed and arrived in good time unfortunately it was not sent to the correct address and this meant I missed a deadline and have had to repost it to the correct address ,not impressed with the error !

We have made 2 visits in the past week, we were rather disappointed with the response from certain members of staff, the atmosphere when you arrive could be cut with a knife. I must say that we always have had a good service from Sue and Hanna .

I've been ordering the dog grooming catalogues but they never been delivered. Last time I ordered one was last Sunday and it still hasn't come.

The package arrived damaged. I had ordered a shampoo which was sent in a padded envelope. By the time I received it the top had been snapped off in transit and most of the shampoo had soaked into the envelope. Maybe a box would have been better packaging.

Placed ad order that went missing in the post. Was asked to wait till to see if it showed up and it never did. A replacement order was then sent and arrived the next day.. Items were missing, there was no invoice ad no collector stamps. I again complained and I received the missing item and invoice the foll

Delivery time was good and we'll packaged. But the delivery man held onto the contact number of my partner and started to ask her person questions later that night. This ruined the experience though we were able to to stop the texts. Thanks, forest

The service was good in terms of delivery. The clipper blades were total rubbish. They didn't do the job at all.

I recently placed an order with Groomers-Online. I did not receive any notifications of when the goods would be despatched which is normal with other similar companies. After 7 days and no communication, I contacted the company to find out what was happening. I received an email to say they were checking with delivery company and would be back in touch. I heard nothing further from Groomers except for a request to do a review to which I replied that I still had not received my order. I finally received my order today, 11 days after placing the order, and with no further communication from Groomers except a request to review. I was happy to have received the order in good condition, finally, but disappointed with the customer service from the company after querying the delivery.

Disappointed that the last two times I've ordered with this company both items advertised in the new catalog have not been in stock. I thought that new products in a new catalog would mean they would be available for customers to purchase.

Ordered 2 stripping knife s got wrong ones. Then sent out right one's but only sent one when I paid for two. Rang up. was told would look in to it and ring back same day and didn't.
