“I was supprise me that we debit shipping supperior to the amount indicated before the payment, it will be more honest indicated the amount of postage before requesting credit card number! The prices of products are very interresting but unfortunately I still have not received my package 8 days since!”

“The idea of the shoe is good and on the three occasions that our dog has worn them, she has been able to walk without discomfort over gritty/ uneven surfaces. UNFORTUNATELY the manufacturing quality is not good - the stitching on one is coming undone and the strap on the other has become detached. Would have hoped that they would have lasted for longer than three short walks.”

“After confirming internet order over the phone on Friday and paying for express delivery was told would be here on Monday, phonecall at 4.30pm today to check on this as not arrived to be told it will be here tomorrow, a full day waiting in wasted :(”

“Ordered 2 5 ltr containers of shampoo but so far have received only 1 with a note saying to follow. Still waiting and have no idea when to expect the other 1”

“Since starting my own grooming business in October last year I have had many problems with Groomers. Starting with ordering and paying for a dryer that didn't arrive until about 3 months later. Many calls back and forward but with no real explanation as to what was going on, kept being promised delivery which didn't happen. When my table arrived the H Bar wouldn't go up and down and after many calls later someone finally sent me the right part. It's not easy to move now but couldn't waste anymore time on it. My bath has stopped going up and down and have recently been sent a part which I assume am meant to fit myself, I have had neither the time or the know how to do it so the part sits in the box and my back aches a little more everyday! The staff I speak to about each problem are pleasant and helpful at first and then become a bit bored by my constant calls which I have had to make each time a new problem crops up so as to run my business.”

“Hi I ordered several items from you and was advised by e mai from the courier that they would arrive between 9am to 1pm Friday. Unfortunately they have not arrive, this is not very satisfactory as you Groomers have always been so prompt before your courier has let you down! Lorraine Robins.”

“Ordered before 12pm on Friday, paid for express delivery as needed item for Sunday, expected item to go out in Friday nights' post but it didn't - I received an email on Sunday telling me that it will arrive on Monday - Item is of no use to me now for another 5 weeks probably.”
