Not happy that my receipt had another companies name on it. The parcel arrived at the company I requested but didn't have my name on it so a member of staff had to open the parcel to see what the item was and who it belonged too.
Not happy that someone other business is using my account details. The business must have contact yourselves and changed there address because they business has changed it place of business twice. When I set up the account the details was in my name.
