“Your products are excellent value for money. However, I found your sales staff are really just sales staff with not a great deal of knowledge or experience in using the products that you sell. I'm sure there are exceptions and maybe I just happened to speak to an inexperienced person. I needed to get expert advice elsewhere which just made it a bit more inconvenient. Overall a very good service though.”

“Delivery was very quick and arrived when the email link said it was. I was a little dissapointed when I phoned to add to my order and It couldn't be done because I had to wait half and hour for it to get trough to you so next time I will telephone my order. Thank you once again groomers you are amazing!”

“I rang to get advise on nail clippers. Unfortunately the adviser didn't pick up on the size of the dog, 30 kg, and I ordered the stock number she quoted me. The package arrived within 2 days but with smaller clippers. I telephoned and received excellent customer service with the correct size clippers dispatched, a prepaid returns label enclosed and delivery received within 24 hours. Well done Claire.”

“The material was delivered promptly,and functions almost as described. We ordered cat collars with flashing LED lights. There is a small problem with the light sensor control which frequently triggers the flash in the day time, maybe because it is on a black cat. He makes no attempt to remove the collar,accepted it easily. Our cat was frequently attacked by polecats, we were told that flashing lights would scare them off. We have had no attacks since he has worn it.”
