“Prompt service. Generally very good, although at time items I want are out of stock, so I have to choose an alternative which may not be as suitable or fit for purpose as item I origionally wanted.”

“Groomers Curiosity Grooming Spray. This product was recommended by my professional groomer, who keeps my westie looking his best and he always smells lovely when he comes home. Unfortunately the top was not fully tightened and some of the product had leaked out into the packaging, so it would be a good idea to check this before despatching items. Other than this, overall I am pleased with my purchase.”

“The paws, hearts & bones pewter ring is really nice but the Large is not very big (about a UK size P) - too small for the person I bought it for. It had to be removed from the attached label to be tried on, so it can't be returned. Paying for delievery both ways means it would not be worth returning for refund anyway. The service was great with very quick delivery, but better information on the sizing would have saved me wasting over £10.”

“Groomers were very good to order with but delivery was delayed by a day received e-mail that morning to say it was held up and coming the next day bit of a pain but they did give me an hour slot. Was second order from them and say they are very helpful and good to use online .”

“The product arrived super quick! Really happy with product and price. Only criticism is that when buying jackets for dogs, product dimensions and recommendations are essential and this wasn't available on the site. Luckily I chose the right size.”

“I find Groomers very efficient , very quick for delivery and usually good packaging, I have had one box where the shampoo had leaked , but did not complain, I did have to complain about one of the coat conditioning sprays I bought but they replaced it instantly, very very good service , will use them all the time, I have used them now for three years,”

“Two out of three items were delivered the next day with online tracking and time etc....though I suspect this was the delivery company rather than Groomers. The third item presumably hadn't been available immediately and was subsequestly sent as soon as Groomers received it from their suppliers...HOWEVER the only indication that this item was missing from the original delivery was in the 'to follow' column of the invoice. No explanation or delivery forecast until I called up. Though this was my first time dealing with Groomers, and everything had arrived in a week, the lack of being kept informed about the outstanding item by the company was disappointing.”

“I ordered a black PVC apron for washing and bathing dogs which came on time and looks OK! I will know in February how good it is when I start my dog grooming course. The disappointing thing about the web site is the footwear (clogs), as I kept going on the on line site but each time the black clogs were always out of stock? I phoned up and was told by the receptionist that they had no idea when they would be back in stock.”

“items received very quickly , however the confirmation email which was to inform me that my order had been dispatched never arrived hence note from the postman telling me to collect from the sorting office so I could have saved a journey, items exactly what I wanted .”

“The service and delivery was very efficient as well as the communication. But the product was to say the least very disappointing "Tuxedo Black" colouring gel turned out to be more the colour of saliva pink?? I now have an odd coloured dog foe the next six washes. This product should have a colour results warning on the tub”
