“Excellent service as always from Groomers, fast delivery and love the reward scheme, I was a bit disappointed at put of Stock items especially puppy fresh (which my Customers love) and it would be good If More selection Was available for Retail sale but apart from that, Groomers is highly recommended!!!”

“Very pleased with how quick and easy it was to order, also pleased with the quick delivery, but wasn't impressed with the instructions which are all in french, so have had to go to my dog groomer to see how her dryer was set up.”

“Submission of online order was processed quickly and the delivery time email was appreciated. However, after waiting in on the day specified my order did not arrive and still hasn't a day later. Suggest you change the carrier!”

“Excellent product, delivered extremely quickly, I was very impressed. The item I wanted online was out of stock so I phoned the helpline and was given useful information, I ordered online when it was re-stocked. Would recommend this company and hope to purchase again.”

“Received parcel order. Very well packed. All correct with additional reward card I had requested by telephone. Sales person on telephone was most helpful and willing to do the little extra tasks. I had received the request to review this delivery on Friday but I had not received the parcel. On Monday morning I contacted the Groomers Sales and asked if the delivery was due. The lady was most helpful again and rang me back after checking on the delivery. I was telephoned back, most efficient, and I received delivery of the parcel that evening. I was not concerned and I have every confidence in Groomers service that is quick to inform, advise and respond to queries. A most efficient and reliable service.”

“I am waiting for delivery of my purchase. I did experience a problem the first time I tried to order with my basket emptying and payment details taken however it didn't go through, but my query was answered quickly. My second attempt to order resulted in my getting the website is down message so I waited a third day and everything went through well. Looking forward to receiving my delivery hope it won't be too long away.”

“At first I felt a little resentful at the p&p charges but Groomers dispatched first class and goods I'd ordered mid afternoon arrived next day. I don't mind paying for a first class service!”
