I still haven't received my items- no answer on the customer service number, or any option, automated message constantly, Fed Ex delivery who doesn't leave a tracking number, comes the next day, no tracking number, called and finally spoke to someone who said they would call Fed Ex to tell them to deliver the next day when I would be in, (I was in the first day by the way), if they changed their delivery company, and if they answered the phone when you call, and you got your items without having to spend hours calling Fed Ex only to be told that you need a tracking number, etc etc, I will remember next time to use Christies, who have got the deliveries sorted and do answer the phone, I have been sent an email to review my product, well, what product, where is it, more time wasted trying to get it sorted.

Expensive p and p. Parcel arrived reboxed with sticker saying TNT resealed.Address label cut off original box and stuck on new box. Mixing bottle was missing and shampoo leaked inside box. They kindly sent another mixing bottle but said nothing about the leaked shampoo. When I compared to the online photo the shampoo should have been right up to the handle. Waiting to hear if I should send this back or if they will send the missing shampoo that must have leaked through the original packaging! Wastes time for something that’s so expensive.

I asked about guards for a specific model of clipper bought from Groomers. I was directed to standard ones that did not fit my model. :(

Order was placed and accepted only to be told they don't post to Northern Ireland which was part of the UK last time I checked. I shall await my refund.

Groomers Online provides inaccurate information on the website and repeated calls to customer service or sales extensions finely end up as “On one is available “. Ordered brush and Crown Coat shampoo online. Had previous experience of both products. As I live in Northern Ireland I checked the website what confirmed they deliver based on Royal Mail rates. Ordered with shipping rate based on postcode, order processed and paid, only to receive an email later to say payment refunded as they cannot deliver. Replied pointing out website details but got no response. Subsequent calls to company go unanswered.

Very bad service for the following reasons. Order online states 24 hour dispatch. My order took 5 days with no communication. When I contacted the company they said that my address didn’t match my bank details ( it does and they took my money) to then say they can’t dispatch the item. But they can refund the money. How can you refund an order but not take the payment? So I’m summary, didn’t deliver the goods, poor communication and unable to deliver on their websites delivery time scale. Extremely disappointed and will never use this company again and I will look forward to discussing this at future events at every opportunity I get to show my disappointment in them.

Ordered many times, placed an order and payed, to receive an email the next day to be told we do not deliver to N.Ireland! Very Dissatisfied.

Very unprofessional - took my order and payment but then sent me an email 7 days later to say that they could not deliver outside of mainland UK. This was not clear on their website and there should have been no way that an order for the EU could and should have been taken if they can't deliver.

Very disappointed to have my order cancelled after 2 days stating you not posting to Northern Ireland. I have been customer for many years so I hope you change this decision

£90 worth of products never received. Emailed fed ex and groomers. No reply no product and no refund. Not even a reply

Ordered a blast dryer and after 6 days of it not arriving I called in and eventually got a call back saying the item was out of stock! No one wpuld have told me had I not called. Then told I would grt a refund fast time and after 2 days I am now awaiting another call back. Not a happy customer right now.
