I've given a 4 stars cause I normally get great delivery service but I placed my order in the 27th Oct and not yet received it and it's the 4th Nov. I don't usually get a ratings survey until items received . I know there are problems with the post so maybe it's that. As I have my own business I know what reviews can do so for something that maybe out of your control I wouldn't score any less. less order no 250378 for reference
