“I received excellent customer service from this business. The boots I ordered arrived on time in perfect order. In addition to the boots that were purchased, a pair of hiking socks and a useful water flask were included in my package, which was a nice surprise. “Recently purchased a pair of Lomond Active walking boots to replace a previous pair of a similar type, having walked approx 3000 miles over a 3 year period. The only difference appears to be, rubber sole on the previous, PU on the new not my favourite but will give them try. I still wear the old ones for gardening. Excellent.”

“Awesome quality products. My last pair of walking boots lasted 17 years. Never had a blister or a wet foot in all that time. Was a bit trepidatious about buying a new pair in case the quality wasn't as good but shouldn't have worried. Beautifully finished boots. True to size. Comfy from the get-go. Freebies included with my order - laces, socks and water bottle - all great but would happily have gone without them. Boots are extremely competitively priced for such good quality. Couldn't be happier.”
