“Absolutely above and beyond expectations, boots are amazing and comfy straight out the box. And plus I even got some socks (merino wool) and a flask which I use daily for coffee at home and work. Delivery was on time and I got constant updates about what was happening. Would 100% recommend using this company as their products are fantastic.”

“It is an excellent quality boot that is factually waterproof. I've bought other brands that claimed to be waterproof but leaked in heavy rain. Tested my Grisport's on day 1 with a 6k stomp through some serious trail and swampy riverbank with my Springer Spaniel in a relentless downpour. The boots don't need breaking in, and they are incredibly comfortable. Also, my feet were bone dry. Highly recommended if you are looking for a properly waterproof boot that still feels light on the feet.”

“I ordered a pair of walking boots that were promptly delivered and were of wonderful quality when they arrived. Along with a free gift of socks and gloves. Unfortunately, due to recent surgery, they were not a good fit for me and so I had to return them. A returns label was provided and so I repackaged them and sent them via royal mail. 2 days later I recieved a confirmation email of receipt from Grisport and a notifaction from my credit card company that I had been refunded in full. What a fabulous service. I cannot comment on the boots as I didnt keep them (no fault of the company or the boots) but I comment on the company who were professional, customer focused and offered great communication. What a refreshing change to deal with a company that has good old fashioned values”

“I was recommended Grisport by a work colleague who only buys their walking boots and was so pleased I listened! My first pair (Saracens), still going strong, have been very comfortable and waterproof and I only ordered another pair as I wanted ones with a more 'aggressive' sole. After some advice from them I opted for the Peaklander, which are also comfy and even more grippy!”

“I love these shoes, they feel well made and warm. Im also impressed by how comfortable they are from the moment I put them on, no breaking in required. I have paid more for other shoes that are no way near as good. Extremely fast delivery was also a bonus.”

“I wanted to buy shoes that were temporarily out of stock. Grisport said they would email me when they had them. I did get an email but they were still out of stock. I have not had a reply to my subsequent email.”

“I sent Customer Services an enquiry about stock and they responded very quickly and helpfully. I have two pairs of Grisport boots now, both are extremely comfy and my first pair are still going strong nearly ten years later.”
