“My first time contacting this company, I think I may make it a weekly event just to regularly restore my faith in the distant memory that was Customer Service. The phone was answered by an actual human who was friendly, polite, helpful and showed not a glimmer of impatience while I was peppering her for advice on the best boots for my needs. Ended up with a pair of wellies that have surpassed my expectations: no leaks, very comfortable to walk the dogs a few miles a day and I'm heading back to Grisport again for summer walking boots when it eventually stops raining. Really impressed with them and I will shop there again because not only are my new wellies fab but this company clearly still care about their customers.”

“Ordered a pair of Quatro boots New Years Day, despatched on Jan 2nd, delivered by DPD on Jan 3rd and delivery is free over £25 i.e. boots and shoes. This is the normal delivery service from Grisport. Also if you have any questions ring/email cutomer support, they are happy to discuss their footwear and marry them upto your requirementds.”

“This is the third pair of Grisport Dartmoor walking shoes I have bought, (Not the ones with the light weight soles.) They are comfortable, they don't need 'breaking in', they are completely water proof but still breathable. The Vibram sole is the same as found on good quality hiking boots and gives excellent grip on mud snow and slippy surfaces. Why a third pair? Many miles of rough daily dog walking.”

“For the price best boots you can get. Very comfortable but i do struggle getting a comfortable set of insoles. I don't find the one's that come with boots very good . This is my fourth pair and would recommend Grisport.”

“The best pair of waterproof walking shoes I have ever bought. I was recommended to this brand as I wanted good shoes with a non-slip sole. Big bonus was finding the extra large toe box. As someone with big toe arthrisis, I appreciate this very much, a rare find. Another big bonus was the great gift of a pair of merino wool socks which I love, and a super travel flask which I will use a lot. This is not a cheap brand, but delivers on quality, technical knowledge and comfort and is SO worth it. I am a committed fan.”

“I bought Grisport replacement boots as my old ones were looking very tired after years of service. These new boots are even better than my previous ones. Great build quality and are very comfortable. I have a broad foot and these Grisport boots fit exceedingly well, almost like slippers, you can walk for miles with these. I like the ankle support, grip of the sole, look and how they lace up. I cannot recommend them highly enough, best boots I've ever owned.”
