“Ordering online from Grisport made choosing my new walking boots an easy process. I ordered Pyke, Aztec and Quatro boots, and selected the Pyke Boot. Delivery and returns (of the other 2 pair of boots) was quick and straightforward. Liked that the boots are made in Italy. Great quality.”

“Just bought my third and fourth pair of Grisport Walking boots and shoes. Very pleased with the fit, support, comfort and excellent value for money. Having had some difficulty in finding stockists near me with the styles I wanted to try for my first two pairs, I used the on-line service for the next two pairs. This was straight forward and very effecient, including the option to return and change for a different size at no extra cost. My last two pairs were Phoenix walking shoes with suede uppers, one pair being kept solely for use indoors as I have problems with osteoarthritis in my ankles which are eased significantly by these shoes.”

“On first appearance and close inspection these Eskdale shoes look to be of good quality. Only had them 1 month but comfortable to wear from the start. Time will tell but previous Grisport shoes proved to be an excellent choice.”

“great help these guys. i called to ask about a product advertised on the website as out of stock of my size and she said she thought she saw one pair lingering, so she goes to check warehouse and calls me back shortly saying she's updated the product page. i ordered them, they delivered promptly and is a great pair of shoes”

“Hats off to the U.K. distributors of Grisport footwear. I had two pairs of different model of boots which, although supposed to be waterproof, weren't. When I rang them, they were friendly, helpful and there was no quibble about returning the boots to get a refund. As a result, I purchased a third pair of boots, which finally did the trick. Many companies could do with learning a thing or two about customer service from this firm. They are beacons of good, old fashioned, proper customer relations. They'll be my first choice in future.”

“I have never before ordered walking boots online so I was a bit apprehensive to say the least. But I was reassured by the fact of being able to try them at home and return them if unsuitable. Since buying them I have walked about 150 miles over all sorts of terrain and they have been far better than expected, very comfortable and easy to clean.”
