“Very good quality shoes and boots. I have both now and although I seldom wear the shoes in the wet, the boots have never let me down. They don't feel super soft when you put them on, but they give you really good support and are perfect on long walks.”

“This is my second pair of Lady Olympus. I specifically chose these boots from your website because they were identical to my first pair. I liked the material from the tongue extending down to the section above the toes (as shown in the photo on your website). However, the boots I received did not have this. The section above the toes is solid nubuck (not canvas). Unfortunately, I was in a hurry to replace my old boots and have therefore accepted them.”

“I am absolutely delighted with the 'Chieftain' walking boots I've been wearing for the last few weeks. Bought them online, so I guess I was lucky that they were a perfect fit, but they feel like I am walking on air. No 'wearing in' needed, and the material and build quality shines through every detail. I'm less comfortable with the clever sales tactic. In return for spending £25 on something I wouldn't normally buy, I received £25 discount on the boots (so, not quite the 'free gift' described). Obviously if they ever have to be returned (like the 3x pairs from a competitor that fell apart after 6 months or less), that's £25 less refund. I have to hope that doesn't happen. Nevertheless, so far, so good”

“I wear boots for dogwalking: 2 x 90 minutes a day along canal towpath, forest tracks or hills. I had regularly purchased another brand for years, but the quality has deteriorated over th last cople of pairs, so I decided to change to Grisport. I have had them for 6 weeks now and am very happy with them. Moving up to a size 45 from 44 was a good idea. They are comfortable, robust and surprisingly lightweight. Yet to be tested in heavy rain, but the signs are good. No scuffs or flaking on the uppers, and no hint of wear on the soles.”

“Delivery was excellent. Great boots. Light and comfortable with excellent grip. The only thing that let them down was the very thin insoles which made my feet tired after 11hrs of wearing. Once changed to a better insole I have found these work boots to be brilliant. Hopefully Grisport have a look into the insoles provided with these boots.”

“Boots smart suede. Very waterproof. Good sole for walking on Dartmoor. However, fit not good for me. My foot kept slipping forward, squashing toes. Sadly unable to wear.”

“I have used Grisport for many years and currently have several pairs of walking shoes and boots. The products are generally of excellent quality. I find the communication from Grisport poor. I have asked on previous occasions when my size will be back in stock and when the product has been declared obsolete I have asked for alternatives. On all of these occasions the response either has not happened or has taken a considerable long time.”

“Not tried a walk in my new boots yet but there is a small problem. The fold where the tongue meets the upper folds the wrong way on one boot and rubs. I'm going to try taping it up to train it to fold the right way as it doesn't rub when it's folded like the other boot. Failing that I'll have to get a piece of `neoprene to stick inside the fold to cushion it. Apart from that the boots seem good. Very light and extremely comfortable in every other way”

“Delivery was prompt and the shoes look good. The only issue is that they are a quite tight size 9 compared to all of my other shoes. I am wearing them in gradually and hope they wil loosen up slightly”

“Great boots. Comfortable, sturdy, lightweight and no need to break in; was able to walk for hours. Sadly they arrived with a little chunk of leather missing from the front part . I kept them because eventually they'll get scuffed and I needed to use them straight away.”

“I bought a pair of size 48's last September in the west of Ireland. I have worn them every day until a month ago when I bought a second pair. The original ones show no sign of wear at all. However the leather around the tongue is misaligned and it is annoying every time I put the shoes on. The new pair are a different model and good but the laces are failing already. Is that why Grisport sent a spare pair of laces with the shoes. All in all happy 😃........ thank you....... Jim”

“I have very wide feet and Grisport is the only company that sells shoes that fit me. I had a pair that i completely neglected that lasted me over 10 years for daily dog walking, before starting to leak. I have just thrown out a pair, that i looked after well, after only 3 years and i am already concerned about my latest pair of a different type which have been waxed twice in the two weeks of use. I wish they wouldn’t use the hooks for doing up as they trip you up when one boot snags the other unless trousers are covering them Delivery and customer service is excellent.”

“Boots were delivered promptly and appear to be of the quality I expect from this supplier. They have only been worn once since delivered so time will tell. If the boots stand up to the other Grisport boots I've had over the years I will be very happy”

“I purchased some Quattro Pro boots from Grisport following good reviews. I'm a sizel seven and the boots are EU41 so not an exact fit, perhaps a little on the roomy side. The boots are sturdy waxed leather with a Vibram sole, slightly heavy for summer use but no doubt ideal for winter weather. The inner support system is comfortable and I've recently done a 7 and 6 mile walk with no issues. Delivery was prompt via DPD. Will look at other Grisport products in the future.”

“V. Happy with customer service. Shoes were not the ones I thought I had ordered and sent a photo of, but are very comfortable ,BUT top lace eye on left hand shoe fell off on morning 2!!!. Liked the gifts.”
