“Delivery was prompt and boots are amazing. I did try and contact via email so I could return additional pair direct to business as live close by but I never received a reply. I returned the additional pair without hassle at the post office at the weekend with the label provided. Refund received and emails received to notify me of the fact. Good service with return. And comfy boot… although not yet worn outside yet they are too nice🤣”

“I recently purchased the Flint walking boot i found the service very good with prompt delivery . The boots are comfortable and ive been wearing them everyday as im a dog walker the only downside is i think the sizing is a bit out . All in all a very good boot and service”

“Great value and a great walking shoe. There was a special offer of a free thermo flask, socks and laces. The socks are great but the flask is useless. The outside gets warm so consequently it does not keep drinks hot.”

“The boots are comfy from the first time you put them on. Grippy in muddy conditions. Easy to put on and off quickly. Good value. These are the second pair I've bought, the first pair although no tread left are still in use and great for road walks. First pair bought 2 years ago and worn most days.”

“Very comfortable boots, used on short distances only so far as breaking them in (I don't trust any new boot on a long distance walk first use). Waterproof claim stands up so far as they are new. I didn't feel the need for the "free" socks and flask. I would rather have affordable good quality than be sent extras I don't need and didn't need to be made. The unwanted extras are heading to a charity shop.”

“Happy with my boots, pretty comfortable from first wear. This is my second pair and the first lasted quite well so hopefully these will too. Look like good quality boots so me and I liked the free socks etc”

“They are generally comfortable and have worn them pretty much every day. However I do have a problem with something rubbing which appears to be towards the top of the eyelets. I have to be careful not to tie them to tight, and may miss an eyelet. It's mainly on the left foot, but occasionally happens on the right boot. The foot section is comfortable. I couldn't find a customer number to call with my issue”

“The first boots l received were too small. Therefore, l requested replacement and sent too small boots back by royal mail. They were return to them promptly as per my tracking number info. However, their systems did not show receiving them for over a week from the return date. I had to call them to actually request the replacement boots. l don't think l would have got them in their normal return and replacement period, if l didn't make that call as they were even struggling to find the return boots in the first place. Otherwise the boots in both cases were good quality. Just their return and replacement prossess could be better and faster.”

“Great looking boots, robust quality, generally happy with them although for me i feel could have been a half size smaller as become a little uncomfortable on hills. Not sure id like to use them for much more than 12 mile walking. But, great boots good value for money.”
