Very poor, bought one pair of boots via Amazon, had to send them back as they were damaged seconds. Got a pair from directly your company hoping for better, this pair were terrible quality of construction and finish and again with damage. I will not be buying them again.

Returned boots for exchange (size). Not received constructive reply to my email enquiring about when they would be delivered. Exchange not received! Disappointing customer service (exchange) after excellent next day delivery initially.

My new boots arrived but one was uncomfortable which made me look into why. Internally the area around the heel was not equal to the other with padding plus a bulging seam. Externally each boot measured differently with 1.5cm difference at the rear. I don’t know what difference it would’ve made when walking but they certainly looked and felt different. I was advised to return for a replacement. I really hope that someone does look at them and also that my replacement is not the same(!) or similar. I needed these boots in a hurry which I did explain. It’s taken 2 weeks and I still don’t have them. That means, at best, I only have 2 weeks to break them in. They were ordered later than u would’ve liked after my previous boots sprung a large leak walking the Tamara Way mid February. So my review is not specifically about the boots alone it is about my overall experience thus far. I hope my next review is 5 stars and the boots are super comfy, we shall see! Lady Cartmel in Raspberry were my purchase on 22they were returned on 29th Febt

Used to be a great company caring for its customer, not anymore, product quality now in decline after using the avenger model for a number of years this will be the last pair I purchase. No idea of their stock levels so sell boots they are not even sure they have ! As for the free pack that comes with the boots it’s absolute garbage best thing is the spare laces.

I love Grisport bots but would advise to buy direct from a retailer and not from the uk website. Customer service is non existent and trying to get a refund for an item that didn't arrive (wasn't even shown on Royal Mail tracking) was very difficult.

Thank you for your comments. The comments do not follow the actual events. We had two phone calls from yourself in relation to this non delivery. We advised that there was a 5 day window that the parcel could arrive in, as the delivery is only an estimate. Once this time had passed and the parcel was still not delivered then we could action a claim and attempt a second delivery or a refund. After your second call to let us know you still did not have the parcel then we refunded your purchase whilst on the call and apologised for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately on occasions, there can be issues with deliveries going missing or packages becoming damaged and not reaching their destinations. Your original delivery is still showing as pending and upon our investigations, Royal mail have confirmed as missing. We are disappointed that your review claims that customer services are non existent, when our team try our upmost to provide the best service we can. We have many genuine reviews commenting on great service and we pride ourselves on this. We appreciate that your comments reflect your frustration with the service on this occasion. DC Grisport UK

My order arrived, one walking boot had a manufacturing defect. Returned requesting a replacement. Replacement received was incorrect size!!!! So have to return again. Massive inconvenience. Fingers crossed third time lucky ☹️

So disappointed . Stitching coming away on side panel. So I returned order for replacement . Second parcel delivered and low and behold different boot but side panel stitching coming away from boot. Returned and got refunded.How these boots passed QC at factory I’d do not know. 10 years purchasing 18 different pair of boots ,granted this is the only issue I have ever had. Usual standard is A1. Although English customer service could do with a bit of sparkle.

Ordered EU45 but was sent EU46 .I had to use them because I'd planned a 10mile with a group.. Now I'm stuck with them..The box has EU45 on but the boot is EU46.. you should check nxt time.

I find myself dissolutioned with your product, it seems you have sold out to China. Your product now seems to be two sizes to small, not a great way to promote a quality product. In the past your boots have been top quality obviously not any more.

Boots were almost 5 numbers larger. I've tried to buy these boots three times. There have always been customer service issues, misinformation, and wrong size. I've just told a friend that was my last attempt to get Grisport boots. It's taken almost a year, and all I've found were problems.

Disappointed with my Dartmoor shoes this time scuffs all over the place had no choice but to use them as My previous pair needed replacing should have sent these back. Upset with this purchase not up to the standards I expect from my Dartmoors.

I had a bit of a bad experience this time I bought walking shoes from Grisport. I love your shoes and so does my husband. But this time I bought them from Amazon. I got a completely different pair of shoes than I ordered. When I asked to return them I eventually got the go ahead. I have been refunded for the first pair. So I ordered again from Grisport this time. The shoes were £20 more expensive than on Amazon. But I ordered any way. Unfortunately when they came they really hurt my toes, I think they were too narrow for my foot. Not your fault. So I sent those back and have now had confirmation that my refund has been done, but I haven't got it yet. I really need a new pair of walking shoes, but am worried about ordering now because of width.

I had to pay €27 on tax and vat to import the shoes through Customs. I do not recall seeing this information on the Grisport website. I would not have purchased the shoes if I had known, it made the trainers very expensive . I forwarded the Customs invoice via email, I am still awaiting a response from your Customer Service team.

Bought a pair of ladies boots for my wife. When they arrived the looked like they had been worn or tried on in a shop for about 5 year. Very disappointed and returned them back to Griport directly. Ordered another pair of Grisport boots from Next and they were perfect just as I expected.

I did not receive shoes via DPD instead they came by post BUT post office refused to deliver as postage of £6 had not been paid by Grisport. I had to fork out £6/to get shoes. Despite sending confirmation of payment I have never received my £6.

Item was left in my bin by the delivery driver which was not instructed. The bin was subsequently emptied as i wasnt made aware that the package had been left there resulting in me not recieving my purchase. Contacted DPD who told me to go through grisport to chase up the complaint and have the parcel re-sent or refunded. I am still awaiting confirmation if the parcel will be replaced
