“Made a purchase of boots but unfortunately they were a bit tight on the width so I returned them using the pre paid label supplied and have been notified that I will be refunded asap would recommend this company for service”

“My order arrived, one walking boot had a manufacturing defect. Returned requesting a replacement. Replacement received was incorrect size!!!! So have to return again. Massive inconvenience. Fingers crossed third time lucky ☹️”

“While very comfortable out of the box and while wearing around the house on first occasion outside on short walk through rough grass both boots leaked. Have returned for refund which is awaited. May well be that for walking on clearly defined paths these boots will be fine or that I have been unlucky with this pair. However for my requirements they are not up to it.”

“On my 3rd pair of walking boots, I use them as a builder - comfortable, best I,ve used. This time bought some trainers to try. I would like to know are they made in Italy though? I buy the boots as they say they are made in Italy. Do not like to buy Chinese products if I can help it.”

“I had a pair of Grisport shoes before this pair and I wore them every day for work. My job takes me to a variety of environments from the city to countryside and everything in between and they were absolutely perfect. Beautifully made, waterproof and hard wearing. They lasted 4 years which I estimate was 1000 days of wear and probably 10000 hours. Never have a pair of shoes been so reliable and I will never ever buy from anyone else again. I now have two pairs and couldn't recommend them highly enough”

“The boots i ordered were to were too small .I rang Griport(phone answered strait away)to discuss sizes the lady i spoke to could not have been more helpful . Replacement received next day. Great boots, great service.”
