“The shipping was really quick going from the UK to BC, Canada. I was very impressed. Once I got the boots they looked like great quality, nice leather, and the additional back for a over 30 pound purchase was a nice addition. I was upset to see that after the first day of hiking the glue used to hold the rubber on the front of my boot was already coming off and that shipping would be extremely expensive to send it back. I'm not sure if I will buy grisport boots again depending on how long these lasts as after the first hiking trip they are already starting to fall apart.”

“Very comfortable boots straight out of the box. Nice few extras..bag and insoles, but I read I should have recieved a pair of socks that wernt included in my box. But happy with the boots”

“What’s there to say? I ordered the boots, they came when they said, they fit. I thought they would come with a boot maintenance kit instead of a plastic boot remover and insoles which I will never use”

“I have worn GRi boots for over 12 years and always been very happy in a size 44 however the sizing of GRi products is not as it once was. All products seem to be coming up a size too small, I now require a size 45 in each of the 6 new pairs of boots and shoes which have required returning for replacement. worth bearing in mind when purchasing their products.”

“Disappointed that I never received the shoes and have lost my money through the fault of Royal Mail, the postal company of your choosing, who stupidly left the shoes in the dustbin whilst we were out and which was emptied, shoes and all, by the refuge collectors before we returned home.”

Thank you for your review. As with all international orders then they may take some time to be received. In this instance, we received your order on 24th May at 7:53 PM. after our closing hours. As we do not open on Saturday or Sunday and unfortunately Monday 27th May was a public holiday then your order could not be dispatched until that week ending 31st May. Due to the bank holiday then this will also impact on our couriers meaning the delivery time will be longer than normal. Rest assured, the order is in transit and should be with you shortly. “I was displeased with the condition of the shoes when they arrived. They had been packed with the socks, protection spray and bag in the box. This meant that the shoes arrived crushed (creases in the leather on the sides). I accepted them because one wasn’t too bad and I needed them because I was going away. I should of sent them back. I will probably never be totally happy with them now. All because of careless packing. Prob won’t buy from them again. LET DOWN. This is my third pair of Grisport shoes”

“Unfortunately they are not quite wide enough, nice looking boots (Tundra), but the speed lacing thing is odd, they are fiddlier than normal eyes, also the laces are too short from the word go.Always risky buying without trying them on,but will have to return them.Overall not quite as good as I hoped”

“Ordered a pair of gripsort Crusaders - they do appear well constructed but in my opinion the ankle area needs some type of more supportive fit, either through padding or a more narrow construction. This is because I could feel more heel lift than would be good, especially over long term usage on mixed ground.”

“Purchased Italian boots,comfort 10, fit 10, waterproof 10,delivery 10,very pleased don't pinch toes and use them a lot.Look good as well. Communication with GRS minus 10. Sent them an e-mail on their web site 6 weeks ago with 4 questions ???? Still awaiting an answer. Cheers!! Gavin, thanks for your comments and fair enough you seem to have replied to my original e-mail. If you read it I asked four questions and two were answered, replacing the sole wasn't nor was longevity. Constructively and for your info. I also purchased a heavier pair of boots from a competitor and they guarantee certain of their soles for 5000 miles, I will however consider you again when replacing other footwear because I think you have some good products. I'll give you 3 stars which I consider fair. Geoff”

“I have the Ranger boot which gets seasonal use and fitted me well. I bought the Crusader which fitted me well but unfortunately came away at the heel within 12 months but due to not having the receipt couldn't do anything about it.... Bought the Aztec on the basis that the other two in same shape/size had fitted me well but after only one days use I had a sore foot where there was some kind of lump where the bellows had been stitched..........”
