Ordered some boots in my usual shoe size. Quick delivery and good communication initially. The boots were a tight fit so I had to return them for the next size up. The pre paid postage label and return form made the process very easy. However it’s now been 9 days since I returned the boots (48hr postage) and I haven’t had confirmation of the return being received, processed or when I might expect my replacement boots.

Nice products, quick service this time. Previously they were not interested when a pair of new boots leaked and were very unhelpful.

I ended up not buying the Grisport boots and bought Dedito instead. Whilst the Grisport were quite comfortable, found the tongue of the boot didn't sit very well between the laces and was hard to get to sit flat for maximum comfort and even harder to achieve with wet cold hands in winter. I also felt the extra creases would trap more mud. The Dedito boot tongue was much neater and I like the velcro strap they have that cross over the laces to secure them and to stop much becoming entagled in them. Yet to try in the winter season but above was my reasoning for my choice.

My last Grisports were size 9, the same as the most recent shoes. These are quite a bit tighter on my feet than the previous ones and after a couple of weeks, they are not fitting any better. perhaps I hould not have trusted the fitting to be the same and should have purchases a pair half a size larger.

Quick service and the shoes great fit and comfortable. But the reason for three stars is when they arrived the box was crushed and torn at one end. Luckily the shoes were ok. But no thanks to Evri the courier

The order process is good and delivered within a couple of days. However the cost of delivery was expensive for a few laces

I bought Grisport Aztec boots because Which Magazine recommended Grisport waking boots as a ‘best buy’. When I received them they looked great and felt comfortable and needed very little breaking in. However they have a serious design fault, in my opinion: I had only worn them a few times for short walks when I passed one foot over the other and somehow two of the metal lace hooks caught on each other, locking my feet together. I nearly fell over, but they released just in time. However the two lace hooks were damaged (see photos). This could have caused a serious accident in some hiking situations. This could only happen because of the design of the lace hooks. It’s only because they are made of thin metal that they can hook together. The thicker castings used on many other boots simply can’t hook together. So now I have two problems: 1. Do I continue using them, taking care because I know the lace hooks can catch and cause a fall? 2. Now that the lace hooks are bent outwards they may not hold the laces so well, and they may be more likely to catch on other things. But if I try to bend them back to their original position they may break, leaving me with boots that won’t fully lace. This isn’t technically a warranty issue, because I don’t see a fault in workmanship, but I do see a design fault that could be fixed by using thicker, cast-metal lace hooks. This means I really can’t recommend these boots to others, much as I would like to for their other great qualities.

A bit disappointed at the comfort level of the discounted/cheaper Lady Nova walking shoes. I regret changing from the more expensive Constance walking shoe I normally purchase.

Unfortunately I can't write a review at the moment as I hurt my foot just after ordering shoes and can't wear them yet

I like the shoes and they are comfortable but the waterproofing didn't last long which is shame. Probably won't buy of grisport again for this reason.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but these boots took the skin off my heels within about the first mile of my walk, the reviews were great and you can wear them straight out of the box, no you can’t! That was about 3/4 weeks ago and my heels are only just recovering, I’m still trying to walk them in but they are the most uncomfortable boots I’ve ever worn sadly. They look nice and are waterproof which is the main reason for buying them. I should have known better but even after still trying to walk them in they are still uncomfortable and run my heels, and that’s wearing special socks with them. Such a shame.

After much thought I have gone for 3 stars. I was pleased with the process of purchase and delivery and initially with the boots. Sadly after one day in the field one of the eyelets came away from the boot. Grisport offered a full refund so although I am disappointed in the boots I am satisfied with the way the issue has been dealt with. I was considering getting a pair of their Keeper boots as well but this is on hold while I reconsider after the failure of the Alligator boots.

I received my order within 3 days which was very good. But I have returned the walking shoes as I thought for the cost the quality was poor. The tongue didn't sit right making the shoes uncomfortable

Having previously submitted a review of my Grisport boots where one of my boots was causing me discomfort, I contacted Grisport and the support I received was superb. This problem has now been resolved to my complete satisfaction and I cannot praise Grisport highly enough.

While very comfortable out of the box and while wearing around the house on first occasion outside on short walk through rough grass both boots leaked. Have returned for refund which is awaited. May well be that for walking on clearly defined paths these boots will be fine or that I have been unlucky with this pair. However for my requirements they are not up to it.

First impressions on opening the box - disappointment. The colour was much darker than expected. On wearing they are OK but not as comfortable straight out the box as some reviews suggested. Going to take some wearing in. The bottom eyelet digs into the joint of the toes and the foot. However they are sturdy and waterproof.

I ordered & paid for some shoes, which you delivered thereby fulfilling one of the basic requirements of contract law. Congratulations.

Ordering all fine but the boots are like house bricks. No cushioning at all. Hopefully very thick socks and walking on soft ground will help that but after 20km in them I basically have bruised the soles of my feet.
