“The shoes and package arrived swiftly and in good order. Wife loves the shoes. However we also had some other items one of which is faulty. Despite emailing Grisport to let them know there is a fault with one of the products they have failed to contact us back. This is quite unusual as we have previously found them to be good in customer service. If they get back to me I will change my review”

“Socks are brilliant - I did however ask if as a goodwill gesture I could be sent the free pack as I did spend over £50 albeit in two different orders within a couple of days of each other. However this was flatly refused !”

“The boots that I bought are much stiffer than other walking boots (not grisport) I have had in the past; they require walking in. I have walked 50 miles in them and they are still very stiff around the ankles especially. The right boot slips and I haven't had that problem before with previous boots. I am disappointed with them, I regularly walk the dog for 5 miles per day in the winter but this increases in the warmer months, I don't believe I could do that in these boots. Won't be buying again.”

“I am pleased with the quality of my new walking boots. Unfortunately, they are not immediately comfortable but rub on my ankle bone, not a problem I have previously had with new walking boots. It may be that this aligns with the brass "waterproof" badge which makes the leather inflexible just at this point. Hopefully, a few more uses and the leather will soften and the boots will be properly wearable rather than as currently, only using them for short walks.”

“I was happy with my boots and delivery, but as my product was over £50 I should have recieved free socks, which didn't happen,so loss of stars for lack of attention to detail.”

“Have bought many Grisport shoes in the past and have always been satisfied with products. Unfortunately the last pair of latitude walking shoes have a distinct difference in the colour of the material. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered my new Rampage boots 10.21 am on 22nd September and by 4.06 pm the same day received the AUTUMN10 code offering me an extra 10% off my order - a little frustrating and this has since been followed up by no fewer than 3 further offer emails with 10% off - hopeful that Grisport may do the right thing and credit me the equivalent loyalty points to my account - not yet used the boots awaiting much wetter conditions before I put them to the test”

“I’am normally a size 44 but ordered a size 45, wore them for 5 hours and took them off as too tight. Can not return them as worn on site and think that a note should be made to customers when ordering to let them know to order a full size bigger.”

“Despite previous reviews saying the sizing was generous, I find they are modest. As they are leather, I will persevere and hope they stretch a little. Otherwise, faultless service, especially the price; we'll see.”

“My last two pairs of boots were size 44 and 46, so I ordered 45. The Grisports are miles too big. Two pairs of thick socks can't make up the difference so they are pretty unwearable. I can't return them because I left for Ireland the day after delivery. The boots seem solid enough.”

“Modena shoes Feel a bit strange some issues with sewing that rubs on feet some issues with heel slip . I have their Dartmoor shoes and neither of these are an issue with them. Accept these are at the cheaper end of the spectrum but for the money you can get Clarks which don’t. Won’t buy again”

“The shoes I purchased are marked as waterproof and really aren't waterproof. Even when walking in da.ap grass my feet get wet Very disappointed”

“The boots are great apart from the lace system I have had them about 3 week and gone through 3 sets off laces the keep braking at the second eyelet down .”
