“Purchased a Palram Plastic Shed, easy transaction and good comms from Greenhouse stores but shed is awful ( not fault of seller) It eventually arrived after problems with the courier not finding us. It looks and feels flimsy and leaks even though instructions followed to every detail, took 2 of us almost 4 days to erect ( would recommend more people to hold things in place) but once up you can hardly take it all down. Security nightmare, each panel could just be kicked in and panels weak so nothing can be leant up against ends or sides rendering the space useless. They claim that the Air vents at each end are designed to stop insects from gaining access, not the case, huge holes that not only let in flies, bees, & wasps but let in the rain so we had to make some covers for them. Wouldn't mind all the hassle had it been cheap but it wasn't, wish we had stuck to buying a wooden one. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Now just waiting for strong winds to see if it survives!”

“The greenhouse is now assembled and looks good. It is sturdy and is what is expected. However the instructions to assemble the greenhouse were very poor. We had to go online to get more detail. Consequently it took a lot longer than expected to assemble. If better instructions then I would give a higher recommendation.”

“The greenhouse arrived on the expected date. The erection team were friendly and efficient. The only problem was that the automatic louvre opener was not provided by erection day, but was supplied several days later. I am unable to fit it.”

“I was very impressed with the service we received, delivery was very prompt and arrived on the day we expected it, all pieces we needed to assemble greenhouse were present and nothing was damaged ie: glass all packed very well. Had a bit of a problem assembling door, didn't find instructions very clear and we did break one of the door rollers while trying to assemble but when I phoned the help line a very helpful young lady talked us through procedure of assembling door and we received a new roller the very next day in the post. That's what I call brilliant after service. Would have no hesitation in recommending greenhouse stores to a friend. Thanks for a great buying experience”

“I ordered a greenhouse from greenhouse stores, it came on the date and time that had been agreed , the driver was friendly and very helpful. all the parts were there and there was no broken glass. the only negative point I would make is I felt that the assembly instructions were poor and it took me a considerable time to assemble. However I would recommend Greenhouse Stores for their quality of product and their excellent customer relations”
