“We originally ordered a 4 x 6 greenhouse and realised it would be too small. Telephoned Greenhouse Stores and they immediately got the order changed to a 6 x 6 so very pleased with the service and the greenhouse is perfect up and running with lots of tomatoes, cucumbers, chilli and peppers. Delivery was excellent and very courteous driver. Thanks again.”

“The greenhouse arrived within the stated time, we found when unpacking one of the parts was damaged, we contacted customer service who were extremely helpful. They sent a replacement part out on our requested date. As you stated the putting together of the green house could be completed in half a day, it took us longer but that was due to weather conditions deteriorating throughout the day with high gusty winds ( we live by the sea). Once built it has withstood all that the elements have thrown at it. It is a hansom build. The instructions were easy to follow. We are very pleased with it so far, and our plants love it.”

“Dealing with Greenhouse Stores was simple and effective. The ordering process was easy and the delivery process effective. After our order had gone through we go a call from the supplier organising the delivery. They did have a very busy schedule and little flexibility in dates, however, they agreed to deliver into our garden in our absence and this was done very professionally. We are very happy with the product and would definitely recommend this website for all things greenhouse.”

“Ordered some cantilever aluminium staging for an Elite greenhouse fromthewebsite. Good service, price and delivery time. Minor niggle - despite asking for contact details for delivery, the goods arrived unannounced, fortunately on a rare occasion when I was in. Probably worth ringing if this is a concern, rather than doing everything online. But would definitely use them again.”

“My husband put the metal shed up with help from me at times, as sometimes needed two people, in about five hours. the instructions were ok, he is a carpenter so thought someone with no diy experience may struggle a bit or take longer, generally pleased with it though.”

“The greenhouse is very good but the instructions to assemble, although in every language under the sun, were not very clear at all. I had to resort to youtube in the end and followed various instructions in various languages, getting there in the end. I am still struggling to fit the automatic window opener. Can you advise where to buy replacement glass as one has already broken ( lawn mower)”
