“The quality of the product is good but the instructions are very confusing as it's not obvious what is the front or side on some components. The design of the frame structure seems overly complicated with too many channels. The You Tube guide is for a large greenhouse. The instruction book lists the parts as 1,2,3,4,5 but the diagrams don't make it clear which is 1 or 2 or 3. It needs to be more like a car workshop manual. Lots of spare nuts, bolts, washers, screws and seals but some of the nuts need to be captive as they slide in channels and easily fall out when assembling which is infuriating.”

“A good all round greenhouse delivered promptly by a very helpful driver. Looks really good now that it is erected, my only criticism's are that the plans are too vague and enlargements too small and the help video's online only cover one type of greenhouse. My other concern was that some accessories that we needed later were extremely expensive so I found another website offering the same goods at a far cheaper price and they actually came direct from the manufacturers, so why couldn't they do them for the same price?”

“Build and quality fits in well with our garden space. Instructions could have been better with photographs rather than photcopied drawings. It took a bit of working out putting it together but once constructed very pleased with the result. Ordering and delivery excellent service. Love the Dark Green colour. The clips holding the glass panes stand out a bit against the dark Green but hopefully will weather with age and not be so noticeable.”

“We were really pleased with the greenhouse.Nothing was missing,or broken.However the delivery driver refused to lift the glass down some steps to our front door. He quoted health and safety! We are both elderly, and with some difficulty lifted the glalss down ourselves. We think that if these issues are likely to arise we should have been notified in advance, or two delivery men be in attendance who presumably would have death with this weight. Regards, Mr Elliott”

“Not the easiest item to build on your own but once the base is established the rest is easy!! Well engineered - fits perfectly together although a little disappointed about the door you do need to be clear how it hangs to avoid problems with it sliding! Despite all this it is a really good quality build and excellent value for money!!”

“Delivered on time, well packaged to avoid breakages, packaging well marked, relatively straightforward to assemble, had one query re the louvre position which was quickly resolved by the supplier. Only improvement suggestion I have is to supply extra screws as they can shear off if over tightened.”
