“Excellent once up. The instructions start detailed and get more vague as you go on. The detailed diagrams were too small: It was difficult to see which way round the profile of the strut needed to be. In particular I had to have several attempts to do the door before I got it right. Overall it was like a three dimensional puzzle where you find the piece at the end should have been put in first (in my case turned the other way round). However once up I am pleased with the result.”

“I ordered a 4' x 8' Elite Windsor lean to with an aluminium base and had it all green powder coated. Both were worthwhile additions. It arrived on time and the driver was very helpful placing it all in my garage and providing useful advice. When it came to assembly there were one or two problems, mainly with the instructions and inadequate diagrams. Because mine was 8' long there were also some parts shortages. However, the customer service from Elite Greenhouses was excellent. All missing parts were shipped the next day and both Sue and Phil could not have been more helpful. It is now complete, looks great and is exactly what I envisaged.”
