“I was very impressed with the service we received, delivery was very prompt and arrived on the day we expected it, all pieces we needed to assemble greenhouse were present and nothing was damaged ie: glass all packed very well. Had a bit of a problem assembling door, didn't find instructions very clear and we did break one of the door rollers while trying to assemble but when I phoned the help line a very helpful young lady talked us through procedure of assembling door and we received a new roller the very next day in the post. That's what I call brilliant after service. Would have no hesitation in recommending greenhouse stores to a friend. Thanks for a great buying experience”

“I ordered a greenhouse from greenhouse stores, it came on the date and time that had been agreed , the driver was friendly and very helpful. all the parts were there and there was no broken glass. the only negative point I would make is I felt that the assembly instructions were poor and it took me a considerable time to assemble. However I would recommend Greenhouse Stores for their quality of product and their excellent customer relations”

“We are delighted with the greenhouse. The only adverse comment we would make is that the instructions regarding the opening window were confusing in that nowhere did they say that the frame of the window has to slide into the top rib on the greenhouse.”

“I ordered an Elite greenhouse through this site. All further details were handled directly through Elite who were very helpful friendly and did exactly what they said. The greenhouse was complicated but instructions were clear and straightforward. I cannot speak highly enough in praise of Elite. It will last along time and works perfectly. It is also with extra height so I don't have to duck going through the door.”

“We bought a Lifetime shed, at a competitive price. Excellent quality, and though time consuming, quite easy to build. Must have at least two competent people to build it. Allow a leisurely day! Quite surprised that the shed was delivered by one driver. Two boxes weighing up to 115kg each. Not forewarned that the receiver MUST be able to help the driver, if this is the norm!”

“The greenhouse arrived on schedule and very well packed. Installed the base on a level concrete slab patio and then assembled the greenhouse using the instructions and the videos, I made a couple of easily corrected fitting errors. Each part is numbered and by carefully following the instructions all fitted together perfectly - really helps if you had a Meccano outfit number 6A as a kid. More screws and glass clips provided than needed, the clips being useful for future glass replacement. You even get a tin of green spray paint! Although the sections are flimsy, when assembled even without the glass it is amazingly rigid. Can easily be assembled by one person. I highly recommended this product, the assembly is time consuming and if you are not confident then ask Greenhouse Stores to install it for you.”

“The greenhouse is good value, and my tomatoes are thriving in it. The only problem was the instructions, which are terrible. If you buy it, make sure you've got someone to put it up who knows what they're doing, because you're on your own.”
