“Eden Monarch 20' x 10' - Finished in Green with toughened glass. Greenhouse arrived on time & very well packed (None of the glass was broken). Assembly was straight forward, however the instructions can be best described as a rough guide. Tip would be to spend time ensuring everything is square/upright and do not over tighten fasteners. Only gripes would be 2 missing pieces of glass and 1 damaged hinge, all was sorted really quickly direct with Eden.”

“I purchased an 8x8 Saturn/Diana, overall I am very pleased with product and service. The installation is tricky and the manual must be followed, there is a limited description but ample diagrams. A few wrinkles when installing, i.e. a couple of redundant parts due to design changes, the folding staging would not fit the 8x8, only one position to fit a louvre window. However, all issues were resolved satisfactorily over the phone and I was promptly reimbursed for the folding staging after t was returned.”

“Well pleased with the sturdiness & quality of the finished greenhouse, & with the toughened glass, it certainly helps the rigidity. I almost bought a twinwall plastic similar version, but was not convinced that it would stand up to the strong winds we had seen earlier in the year, the fence needed repairs on three different occasions. It was also almost half the cost of the twinwall, & at over 200kg (according to the carriage labels) I think the weight will help to keep it steady.”

“Excellent service and communication. The delivery man struggled as really the frame and the glazing is a '2 man ' load Having glazed the greenhouse, it was apparent that a glass pack was missing, they dealt with the problem very quickly and the missing glass arrived within a couple of days.”

“THE DELIVERY WAS GOOD, WITH THE DELIVERY MAN BEING VERY HELPFUL. THE DIAGRAMS FOR CONSTRUCTING THE GREENHOUSE WERE OK, BUT I DID HAVE TO GO OVER THEM A FEW TIMES TO UNDERSTAND THEM. A FEW WORDS OF TEXT WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFUL TO GO WITH THE DIAGRAMS.”
