“I bought a greenhouse from this company. I opted to have toughened glass - a good choice up here in Scotland with the winter storms. It took me two days to erect - the instructions were straightforward.”

“I bought a greenhouse from Greenhouse Stores which was delivered in a timely manner and with good communications. The greenhouse was a two man job to construct and it took a little longer than I anticipated to build as the instructions weren’t the clearest but that’s the manufacturer and not the retailers fault”

“Well, I can only comment on one aspect of this and that is the installation service from Vitavia. Greenhouse ordered in October with a lead time of 8-10 weeks, it’s heading towards latter March and still not finished. Installation team found one key part missing so am waiting on completion sometime by somebody. Disaster .”

“Hi I am very pleased with mine, was impressed by the long toughened glass windows - seems smarter than the small glass panes. My greenhouse is now nice and fulll & hopefully I shall get a good harvest of all my seedlings - but of course that part is very much in my hands. Sorry I dont do photographs on my phone”

“Dear Sirs, I write to advise you that l have been happy with the greenhouse although limited until now because of health problems. But … l have had and am having problems with the clips holding the glass in place; they dont seem to be robust enough and l have lost three glass panels due to wind blowing them out. Your advice and comments would be welcome.”

“Greenhouse good, seems very sturdy Bolts and clips to attach to a hard floor would be useful. Delivery very efficient phoned before delivery and helped with safe storage. Instructions are (as with all self build things) difficult to follow, and it is not always easy from the diagrams which way parts go. The numbering of all the parts does help however. The instructions I received were for normal glass and the tempered glass I had is different-although easy to sort out.”
