“Nice greenhouse and does the job, all of the seedlings are flying up, only negative is it’s a bit flimsy and can rattle in the wind a bit, erecting was easy.”

“Had to keep hassling you to get delivery - waited several months after ordering vents in shed allow rain in, only 1 window in glasshouse part -2 would be ideal. Mould grows on wooden shelves and humidity always high despite 3 x de-humidifying eggs in there but solidly built and looks good”

“I was very impressed with the service I received from the phone call I made to order the greenhouse to the delivery of it. My only comment would be some of the assembly instructions which were quite difficult to understand.”

“The frist process to buy was good but the return and the 3ndless wait for refund is very very very long and confusing”

The issue with returning a glass greenhouse is that it has to be collected when the transport team are next passing as it cannot be collected by a normal courier due the to glass so this can take a number of weeks The product then has to be checked over and in some cases repackaged to make them sellable again, which as you can appreciate, can take a lot of time. “The product is good and the installation service was delivered very professionally and the work undertaken was really good and I am pleased with the overall product. However my greenhouse was installed 10th February and the waterbut was missing. Unfortunately six weeks later I still have no waterbut despite chasing.”
