“The customer services were good when I rang with a few questions, the delivery was well organised and on time, although it may be helpful to explain how all the components are packaged as I needed help to unpack, not having the correct tools or even strength to do it myself. The installers arrived on time, but were very grumpy, especially the older one, and did not engage with me, other than to say straight away that it would cost me extra to have the staging erected, although I ordered it at the same time as the greenhouse. Perhaps this should be clearer on ordering, if this is indeed the case. I wanted the greenhouse positioning in a corner, with there being walls on 2 sides, and no space in the corner. It was not until this was bolted into this position that I was told that the capping in the corner could not, or wasn't put on. This makes the rain-collecting apparatus on this side redundant as there is nothing stopping the rain dripping out into the corner, and there is no way of rectifying this now. The older installer then told me that he couldn't place the corner capping on the accessible corner on the other side of the greenhouseeither, but then did it. At least I have one side where I can collect rainwater. The younger installer then engaged with me and explained some things. I am happy with my greenhouse and the ordering process, but for the money it cost to have it installed, I would have expected a better service”

“The assembly instructions were not entirely clear, particularly on double door assembly. I seem to have ended with some spare bits.......... but it looks great. Very pleased with speedy replacement of one pane of glass which had disintegrated.”

“The moveable windows on the roof section have a problem. The frames of the windows do not stay square as they only have one bolt in each corner to keep the frame rigid. The frame moves out of square when the window is opened, leaving gaps.”

“Quality for the price not good . Metal really cheap and thin and feels cheap . My other greenhouse was cheaper and thicker aluminium and was stronger . The auto vent screws work theierselves loose so i put some threadlock on them . I was marine rigger and mechanic so i know what im talking about . Very dissapointed all round .”

“Delivery went great, build ok on the frame. However no glazing details came with the package and there are two broken panes so took longer than planned”

“Many panels needed trimming before they would fit as they were not cut straight. We have had to use silicone to assist with fitting, thank goodness my husband is excellent at DIY. Instructions, be prepared to read a book .... literally. On the whole not really satisfied with quality for money paid.”

“I bought Vitavia greenhouse 8ft x 6ft from Greenhouse Stores and I am satisfied with the product. In respect to construction, I would recommend those who are good at DIY or those who have a mechanical engineering bacground to complete the task. It is important get the greenhouse base as accurate as possible in accordance with the Vitavia instructions. When inserting the rubber seal around the frame, which the glass sits on, the seal is easier to apply after soaking in warm water.”
