“Excellent greenhouse. All safely arrived and all parts present. Doors nicely slide and great shelves as requested. We chose safety glass and had an automatic opening window which works well too. Once erected on a hard standing and fixed down it is very sturdy. I think this will last for many years. Instructions were adequate, but it still took a lot of time to put together, the design is well thought out though and fitted together well.”

“We are very pleased with our 6x6 greenhouse. Very good quality design and materials. The assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow. The YouTube assembly videos were very helpful. I recommend watching them before starting work. We put the frame up on day 1 and glazed it on day 2. We highly recommend this product.”

“Purchased for a customer. Delivery was on time, careful, courteous and complete. In my opinion, having built a good few, quality as high as much more expensive ones. Get the additional base plinth and install a decent slab base and you are away.😃 Good solid house for sensible money. Customer delighted.enough said.”

“The greenhouse is brilliant. Unfortunately the wait to get the greenhouse was ridiculously long - I really had my doubts that it would ever materialise. We had no updates about our greenhouse, being left completely in the dark. If I was buying again I would buy from a local firm so I could follow up easily.”

The greenhouse was a two man job to construct and it took a little longer than I anticipated to build as the instructions weren’t the clearest but that’s the manufacturer and not the retailers fault”

“Well, I can only comment on one aspect of this and that is the installation service from Vitavia. Greenhouse ordered in October with a lead time of 8-10 weeks, it’s heading towards latter March and still not finished. Installation team found one key part missing so am waiting on completion sometime by somebody. Disaster .”
