“I purchased a 6x4ft vitavia Venus greenhouse to replace our rotting wooden framed one. Delivery was on the date we requested and everything was packed well with no damage. Construction was on a concrete base using the steel base supplied and bolted into the concrete at about 50cm spacing to give a solid foundation. Building the frame was relatively straightforward with two of us taking about 5 hours to put is together and secured it to the base. I did drill holes in the frame base to add extra bolts alongside the base fixing brackets. Glazing was on the following day, again taking about 5 hours. What would help is if the glazing sheets could be labelled with letters to match the plan as you currently have to look up the sizes on the plan to match the glass to the opening. So far I have been really happy with the final result and hopefully the extra anchoring will keep everything secure come the winter storms.”

“Delivered to side of house, narrow gap between neighbour had to email Vitara to find it. Instructions very bad. One pane of glass shattered in parcel fortunately I had ordered louvres so I did not need the broken pane- would have been nice for a spare. Instructions for toughened glass in last piece to unwrap. Got it together eventually. Sun shade instructions very vague had to trig it up with string.”

Regarding delivery, Vitavia will always leave the greenhouse somewhere safe on the property, and in most cases that is the safest and most accessible location available. If there is ever any difficulty locating a delivery, we’re always here to help straight away. For the assembly, please remember you can call us at any time for guidance. We’re more than happy to talk you through fitting the greenhouse or any accessories. The shading you received is designed to be fitted internally and does come with clips for that purpose, so we could have helped clarify that and saved you some frustration. We’re sorry to hear one pane arrived shattered. It does happen from time to time, and Vitavia will replace it if you let us know. Luckily you have the extra pane that they include when you order a louvre vent, so it didn’t make any difference this time. If you need any further help with your greenhouse or accessories, we’re here whenever you need us.

“Greenhouse is great delivery was not so great took ages to get delivered then they delivered to the wrong house and I was swore at by the delivery driver would definitely recommend the product though”

“We have been extremely impressed with this greenhouse. In hindsight, maybe we should have got it built for us but that was the exciting part! We spent a few days making sure the ground was levelled and solid before building - level soil, covered in aggregate and stone slabs. Make sure this is level and holes for the base are dug properly and don't cut corners - this made the erection of the greenhouse so simple and the glass all fit perfectly. It is now strong, robust and full of plants with lovely fruits and vegetables!”

“Ordered a Vitavia Greenhouse with delivery of 1 to 6 weeks. No problem ordering. Received confirmation from Greenhouse Stores immediately. Then the wait began as we heard noting from Vitavia. We called Greenhouse Stores only to be directed to Vitavia who do not give out phone numbers - everything is done by email. All we wanted was an update on delivery so we could be assured everything was going to plan. Got a standard email saying we will be contacted when the greenhouse was ready for delivery. Eventually, in week 8 we did take delivery of the greenhouse but we got no warning it was coming and could have been away for the weekend! WHile none of this is done by Greenhouse Stores, they could have been more proactive on behalf of their customers by taking a phonecall or by encouraging their supplier to be more responsive. The greenhouse itself is great. The one piece of broken glass was exchanged quickly.”

“Love my greenhouse! Looks really good in my garden everyone admires the design. It was a really good price and was safely packaged no breakages of frame and glass. Every item listed was included. It took 3 helpers to erect it. The yards and yards of rubber seal took hours to press onto the frame. I bought a plastic tool with a wheel to help but went back to pressing with fingers and thumb and eventually got the knack of doing it. I bought a louvre opening and also an automatic window at the same time. Both these additional purchases improved the temperature regulation. Communication was excellent from the moment of ordering. The delivery was carefully executed he was able to lay the flat boxes on the back garden lawn. I give the whole ordering purchase delivery 5* Thank you all”
