“I Love my greenhouse. Took us a few days to construct it with some false starts. Then trying to fit the automatic window opener was a trial. However definitely worth it. It is November now so just waiting to see how it fairs with Scottish weather. Ordering, delivery and customer service was all great. Would definitely buy another.”

“A reasonable greenhouse but a few issues. When constructing the greenhouse the instructions did not match the glass that was delivered as it showed two pieces on the roof but the glass that came was longer so only one piece was required. This was better in terms of fitting and overall look but caused a a delay as we had to work out what the issue was. Either send out the right installation guide or at least a note to say that the roof design had changed. I ordered the slatted vent but to fit this it required one piece of glass to be cut. It would be better to send glass cut to size rather than expect the installer to cut on site. Another issues is around leaking. The windows leak slightly when there is strong rain but the bigger issue is the design fault on the guttering. In heavy rain the gutters fill up which then pushes the water under the glass covering the roof which then floods the inside of the greenhouse. I have a water butt that takes the water from the roof and the pipes to this are clear so this is not the issue. I have had to put additional down pipes at the other end of the gutters to prevent the water ingress. Recommendation would be that either the gutters are made larger or fitted further away from where the roof glass joins the main body. However, the second option may still cause issues as the water would run down the glass when may cause ingress at the bottom.”

“Great Greenhouse. The only thing I would suggest is that the assembly instructions state how many bolts you have to slip into each bar. I found I had to keep dis assembling sections to slot in more. The other option would be to provide more of the insert and turn bolts. However this little irritation did not distract from the fact it is a fantastic product.”

“My Vitavia 8 x 6 was delivered on time by your dedicated & helpfull delivery man. The instruction manual was detailed & precice and the components including the glass sections were all dimentionally correct . For some reason I received one extra glass section 61 x34 which had no home. The greenhouse is now up & running with tomatoes etc. up to the roof. Thanks for supplying a genuine & cost effective product.”

“Ordered 14/1/25 - arrived 24/4/25 with 1 item missing. Quite a delay but the construction crew arrived the same evening and were efficient, polite and tidy leaving the place without any mess or rubbish. I dealt with Ian Willstead at Greenhouse stores and my thanks goes to him for his assistance. The missing piece (a shelf) didn't arrive till 19/6/25 and can be put up at a later date. My only complaint was the long delay in delivery. Ian Willstead and the construction crew were superb.”

“I ordered my greenhouse in the middle of February. The parts arrived on 10th June and when I asked the lone driver when the installation team would arrive, he didn't know. At the moment I have had nothing from the installers. Poor show.”

“Almost impossible to interpret the assembly instructions. One glass pane broken. Rain pipes to water but were useless and very poor quality”

“We chose to errect the greenhouse ourselves. We found the instructions easy to follow, and although some aspects were slightly fiddly, we managed to put it all together. Have been using for a month now, and so pleased. Very sturdy, spacious inside, and looks good at the end of my garden. Due to the fantastic weather we have been having using the greenhouse has been a joy to bring on seedlings and young plants. Something I have wanted for years and finally purchased, at a very reasonable price.”
