“Long wait due to it came from China. A the aluminium is a bit thin so thankfully I ordered the tempered glass to give it some structural weight. I think Im going to drill and bolt it down also as I accitently bash the lawmower into and it flext. Strong winds are a concern for the coming winter in Scotland. Instructions were a bit of a challenge to understand. 3 varients instructions. Delivery driver friendly enough afer his long drive.”

Every single unit is delivered directly from the Vitavia UK warehouse in Ipswich. The longer delivery time was due to your order being placed during peak season, and because it contains glass it must go on a dedicated glass‑safe delivery run rather than standard transport. We would always recommend toughened glass for locations that are even slightly windy, so you absolutely made the right choice—especially with the Scottish weather. Bolting the greenhouse down is also a sensible step if you’re concerned about strong winds or accidental knocks. Regarding the instructions, Vitavia include multiple variants depending on model and glazing type, and we appreciate they can sometimes be a challenge. If you ever need guidance, you can contact us at any time and we’re always happy to help. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you enjoy your greenhouse for many seasons ahead.

“I would recommend this product. Delivery was on time, the instructions were satisfactory and it was straight forward to build. The quality exceeded my expectations and the final result is everything I hoped for. Genuinely can’t fault it! Having built a much more expensive one a couple of years ago, I really couldn’t see any difference. Great value for money!”

“Service was poor in my opinion, zero delay in taking my payment and from then on, minimal delivery updates. Having spent over 40 plus years in the Engineering industry I have found the assembly instructions totally confusing to the point the ' greenhouse' is currently still residing in parts on my garage floor, why, oh why, try to cram instructions for numerous variations and sizes of greenhouse configurations onto one document. Must do better, unlikely I would use in future or recommend to others. That said this is a quality product being let down by penny pinching.”

“I’m delighted with my olive green greenhouse which blends in with the garden really well. On advice from a friend I ordered 2 automatic vents which work perfectly. Staff on the phone at every stage were helpful with my enquiries and delivery came as promised. Construction looked complicated but the end product is very solid and looks smart.”

“The greenhouse was delivered within the time stated. The driver was great. I needed a couple of questions answered prior to the build. It wasn't the easiest to get through to get the answers. The greenhouse itself is of good quality. It took me 6 hours to assemble the sides and gable ends. And 6 hours to fit it all together, which is a two man job. All in all very pleased with the end result.”

“Very happy with my greenhouse It did take quite a while to come, but the delivery man was very good and professional. Two panes of glass were broken, however I emailed them and new pieces were sent out within just a couple of days.”

“Delivery fine, good interaction with driver. Product assembled. Instructions documentation a joke, you should not have to go on line to find basic construction processes because it was either unclear or not with the product. Screws for door head socket strip. Other screws lost heads. Basic idea ok rubbish installation instructions no way good enough. B Holt I Eng. Miet.”

“Delivery arrived late afternoon of the evening I went into hospital for major surgery.....not ideal but hey, thats life right? Not the fault of Greenhouse Stores and not the fault of the NHS just how the cookie crumbles as they say. I ordered my Greenhouse back in March, Ive been waiting for surgery for 18 months and they collided. Wet weather at the beginining of the year prevented the laying of a hard base, drought has prevented the base being laid now! Greenhouse remains in storage unchecked as I type as Im to unwell post op to check it. Have written this "review" before, it will be sometime before the Greenhouse is erected. Greenhouse was a special order - lean2 style, painted to my colour request and size. Just the way it goes Im afraid. I'll get back to you with details in due course. Oh, havent checked everything is "there", delivery was literally dropped off and I had to go to the hospital.”
