“We have an Elite green House, purchased through Green House Stoires. As you can see from the picture, its up and "Running" We can't recomend enough, for both companies for there help in finishing this purchase, it all went smoothly and on time. We recomend highly, both Elite for the manufacture and Greenhouse for all their help in the assembly. J & G”

“The greenhouse - a Vitavia Venus 2500 - was delivered within the promised timescale. All parts were present and correct and the delivery was fine, if a little late. The greenhouse itself is brilliant and very much recommended. The build was straightforward and I thought the construction ilustrations were pretty easy to follow, with only a couple of hiccups along the way. The window and door were most difficult to construct, and there were two errors in the instructions for the window, which were easy to correct once realised. All in all I am very pleased with the greenhouse and my interactions with Greenhouse Stores.”

“Delivery was good, trying to build it up was terrible,there should be instructions for each individual model ,the instructions failed to mention which was the front or back of any panel,we got more information from watching a Russian gentleman on YouTube. When we got stuck and asked for help at ,3.50pm on a Friday nobody got back till we received an e mail on the following Monday. By this time Sergi the russian,freeze framing his build and enlarging certain frames we had found the solution ourselves.”

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. I’m really glad to hear the delivery went smoothly, though I’m sorry the build caused frustration. Just to clarify, the instructions do show whether each panel is for the inside or outside — there’s a double line around the page that indicates orientation. Vitavia also has a helpful YouTube channel with model‑specific videos, which can make things a bit easier. Regarding the delay in support, Vitavia’s customer service closes at 2:00 PM on Fridays, so that’s why no one was able to reply until Monday. “Excellent from start to finish. Ordering online was so simple and kept up to date all the way through. Arrived on time. The build was complete in 1 hour and it looks amazing. I wish the delivery time was shorter however it was delivered in the stated timeframe. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“Good but the addition of some pictures to go with the assembly instructions supplied by Vitavia would really assit in bringing the "ikea like" instructions to life. Obviously Vitavia should do it but given the absence it would be good to go the extra mile.”

“A lengthy wait of 8 weeks before delivery, but fast fitting. Only gripe was the fitter didn't assemble the greenhouse staging as he said that wasn't part of his contract. A bit miffed when I paid for an end to end service. I think drivers and fitters are subcontracted in. Anyway, great greenhouse nonetheless.”
