“My 8x6 greenhouse arrived right on time after several clear texts from the delivery driver. It was well packaged and contained comprehensive, clear instructions on how to put it up.. I was able to build and glaze the greenhouse in approximately 12 hours. It looks really smart and is very solid.”

“Very pleased with our greenhouse. Sturdy and looks good. Just finished two benches so will be in use soon. Glad I went for toughened glass. Just a bit confused about eight triangular pieces which look as though they go near the gutter ends but so far not solved the problem although it shows them in the book but we’ll get there. If you can help would be grateful. Thank you.”

“Greenhouse arrived promptly and delivery man was fantastic. Putting the greenhouse together was not easy. Instructions were not very clear. Thank goodness for the internet. After 3 days finally got greenhouse erected. The end finish was great but think the whole experience could have been made much easier with clearer instructions..”

“Was sceptical at first in ordering but found this company to be very good in advising with the order and delivery time, actually the delivery was made well within what they stated and the driver asked where we wanted the packages taken to.. Even the after sales were exceptional as we did not put our Greenhouse together until a month later and the package arrived the next day - we are very pleased all round and would have no hesitation in recommending.”

“Everything about the transaction has been first class. The Vitavia Hera greenhouse was delivered on time and the driver was very helpful. During construction I had a query and contacted the company by phone and email (belt and braces) I had a response to both very quickly and the query was resolved - my fault I didn't look at what had been delivered properly. I was able to erect the structure myself including the roof but did get help fitting the glass. Everything fitted and all parts are clearly numbered. Great quality and looks very good. I had the green finish and there is even a can of spray paint.I also had 3 of the drop down shelving packs which are great. Overall this is a quality product provided by a quality firm and I would highly recommend both. Special thanks to Ian, Tony and Chris for prompt responses.”

“the green house arrived slightly earlier than the given date I was informed by text so this wasn't a problem. The delivery went as planned. We had difficulty with part of the assembly we rang the company and got prompt and helpful advice. The assembly was relatively straightforward despite this all the components were well egineered”
