“I bought an 8x6 greenhouse from Halls through Greenhouse stores. Very good quality product, delivered safely and on time and very reasonably priced.... I am a competent DIYer and together with a good friend we put it together and it is a pleasure to behold, now growing trays of vegetables for planting out in the allotment later in the spring. Brilliant BUT..... You really need to have a complete redesign of your leaflet of instructions and diagrams. You not only have to be a competent DIYer but also an expert at cryptic crosswords to understand it. In the age of desktop publishing and use of digital photography with suitable inserts of comments this is not a difficult task for you or Halls. I strongly recommend this approach to you, it would save hours of time for your customers.”

“I ordered my greenhouse then the following day I realised that I had forgotten to ask for the extra £15 offeredduring the ordering process sof I phoned the office but was told that it was too late to be refunded Anyway because of the recent inclement weather tho only thing that has happened is we have the Base down so we'll see how we go.All for now”

“Service very good, also delivery. Accessories for greenhouse (water collection) very expensive and not good value. Double collector only has one hose to feed into butt. Door of greenhouse a bit sticky on it’s tracks and difficult to open from inside. Could do with handles.”

“They had what I wanted at a reasonable price. Helpful when purchasing and kept me informed about delivery. On delivery day it arrived during a snow storm/blizzard and I was unable to check that everything was correct. I telephoned to explain that everything was covered in snow still unchecked. Don't worry I was told, if you find anything missing or wrong just let us know. I really appreciated their response. I have still not erected the greenhouse as the weather has been awful. I have no hesitation in recommending the Greenhouse Store.”

“Delivery was in two parts. Frame work was delivered first and left where requested at the side of the house out of sight of the road. However, the glass was delivered the next day and left against the garage in full view of the road. We were away for a few days so had to organise a friend to move the glass out of sight. Assembly of the frame was a fairly lengthy affair and took a couple of days. The instructions were adequate but some of the drawings were very difficult to properly understand and required a couple of rebuilds to get it right. Assembly of the greenhouse was straightforward and glazing was simple though one pane of toughened glass shattered when it was picked up. Warning: the replacement cost £40 from a local glass supply. Overall this is a very satisfactory product but this was expected.”
