“Easy to order and prompt delivery. I would have given a better rating but there were issues with some of the aluminium components having abrasion marks and also the door handles did not fit together correctly and I had to re-tap the threads. In addition and to make manual handling easier, the glass pack should have been supplied in two separate pallets.”

“Great product, loving my new greenhouse. Some of instructions could be clearer and you need to be patient in putting it up. Sturdy and looks great. The seed tray rack is fab way to save on space on this space greenhouse (6' x 4') and will move it out later in season.”

“Delivery good, instructions terrible and very misleading. when eventually complete very pleased. Instructions need simplifying as 4 different models in one set of instructions even for educated and manual men took 9 hrs to complete.”

“Delivered quickly and in good time but could have done with knowing in advance that I would need someone to help the delivery driver to unload the boxes then I could have organised some friends to help rather than fetching the man next door out.I am pleased with the greenhouse now its erected as it is well made and looks good. Am in awe of anyone who erected it in a day as we were at it for 5 days not helped by 3 panes of glass being missing. The hints and tips booklet which we found on the website afterwards would have been better included with the greenhouse as instructions were only pictures.”

“Everything is supplied with the greenhouse, tools and even a silicone gun applicator. A very comprehensive instruction manual is provided relating to assembly and advise. I studied the manual and it didn't take long to see how the construction went. All parts were very well packed and labelled. I recommend this company.”
