“Great quality, Order taken told delivery day would be between two and four weeks. Third week delivery day agreed. Delivered when agreed driver was very efficient. I spent the bad weather in my garage assembling all the different parts. Now complete the extra head room is great. The shatter proof glass is excellent so easy to assemble.”

“The service was very good from ordering through to delivery and the product is first class, the only thing thats stopping me giving this 'excellent' is the complex instructions. They're too small and very fiddly but once assembled (which only takes a bit of thought and help with assembly) the greenhouse is well worth the effort. Very good value for money”

“Hexagonal greenhouse was good value but quite complex to erect - instructions ok but could be improved and base needs to be pretty level for the 6 sides so not an easy DIY job. Recommend the toughened glass as I would have broken the horticultural version without doubt. Pleased with the end result though.”

“Delivery was a couple of weeks and was left at the side of the house as instructed due to us being out on the delivery day. Put the greenhouse together over the space of a couple of days. I did it single handed and it was quiet complicated even though I consider myself quite good as these sort of things. There was a piece missing, the window lever, which didn’t stop me putting it together and was replaced by post within a couple of days of me phoning customer services. All in all, I am very happy with the greenhouse and the service. I would recommend. I have since purchased an automatic window which was easily installed.”

“I made a purchase for an 8x6 polycarbonate greenhouse the price and the specifications were good. The order was dispatched on time with tracking information and expected delivery date, however, the shipper managed to lose one of the packages. after a short conversation, the missing part was resent out again and arrived on time. The greenhouse frame and base were easy to build. The polycarbonate glazing was not so easy as this greenhouse uses glazing bars as a way to hold the panels in place after a lot of head scratching and sore hands the panels were in place. The only downside to the greenhouse is the way the polycarbonate is supposed to be held in place by using small white clips that fit over the polycarbonate and into the greenhouse frame top and bottom. This means you have some play in the sheets and if the wind gets in the greenhouse you will lose the sheets. So I fixed them in with a screw and cap now a lot more secure. If there is anything that I would change would be the way the panels are held in place maybe a strong plastic profile to fit over the polycarbonate to bring some added strength.”
