“Delivery and greenhouse all good so far? The only thing is I believe they give you poor assembly instructions so you are tempted to use their guys for fitting ? I am in the construction industry and still made mistakes in the assembly”

Thanks for the feedback — and I completely understand where you’re coming from. Just to clarify, the assembly instructions aren’t actually produced by us; they come directly from the manufacturers. We don’t make them deliberately complicated, and we agree they could be clearer. We’re already in active discussions with all of our manufacturers to get these simplified and laid out in a more logical way.

“What to say? Searched online, found a small greenhouse we liked, used AI to price check across the web, seemed reasonable. Ordered. Decent communication and excellent PDF on the base needed before installation. Installation was efficient and the two chaps gave a good handover. Greenhouse looks great and we are pleased. Would order again knowing what we do at the end of the process..”

“Very easy to order. Precise delivery details given, but then we were nicely surprised by it being revised by a couple of weeks earlier than expected. Overall very pleased. My only fault would be that the instructions were not that easy to follow, but we managed to work it out. They could have been clearer.”

“We bought a Vitavia Phoenix 8300 from the Greenhouse Store and are very happy with the quality of the product. We did however have a couple of issues arising from the almost incomprehensible assembly instructions. But those issues were resolved after an exchange of emails.”

“If I could put difference ratings for this I would as the service and delivery were ok. I probably didn’t get as much communication as I would have liked as it did take a while to arrive but the order was complete so I would give the company a 4 star. The actual greenhouse is ok quality and alright for what we wanted however the instruction were a nightmare and it was so difficult to put together! Initially our site supervisors, who are very experienced, tried and failed. We then got a gardening company in, they managed to do it but it took a long time and they said it was really hard as the instructions were very complicated and confusing. I would give 2 stars for the assembly part.”

“Excellent communication, the instructions were very clear (except the automatic vent), very happy. Following on-line reviews I was expecting the erection to take ages, but all done in 2 days. Only comment is the door is a bit hit and miss, depending on outside temperature it sometimes sticks a bit. Overall highly recommended.”
