“Great quality greenhouse, delivered on time and helpful replacing broken glass”

“I can't answer I ordered 30th June and I am still waiting. Apparently it should be coming 10th September!!! Your advert states in stock, I have been offered staging but I really do regret shopping with you, very disappointed as this was a birthday gift, not to mention you have had my money all this time.”

Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry to hear how long you’ve been waiting, especially as this was meant to be a birthday gift. We do need to mention that we were completely unaware the greenhouse hadn’t been delivered — we hadn’t received any contact from you about a missing delivery, and if we had known earlier, we would have stepped in straight away. We’re now chasing this with Vitavia to confirm exactly where things stand and why the date has moved to the 10th of September. In the meantime, if you need anything at all or would like us to check anything further, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

“Mini greenhouse is of the highest quality and went together beautifully. Aftersales service was first class as unfortunately the Trim 4 pack went missing during transit but Christine posted one out First Class and it arrived the next day. Thank you. First class company at all points of contact.”

“Very well designed. I am happy with the finished product. A few points to note though. #1. The assembly instructions are not the best, resulting in having to redo some sections. #2. The Aluminium fasteners tend to size when tightened. They then shear if removal is attempted. Anti sieze grease would help. Thankfully, there were enough spare fasteners. #3. A single pane of glass had broken in transit, there was a spare panel though. All in all, very happy with it.”

“I have an Elite greenhouse and because of the heat this year I found my tomatoes and cucumbers were suffering, that's why I bought the shading to put up, not fitted yet as my plants were too established to move but I will be fitting it after the greenhouse has been thoroughly cleaned inside.”

“My lean-to greenhouse is basically a well designed product, which I have now installed. Reasons I did not give 5 stars: 1. Delivery date was given and that was the date the greenhouse was delivered but no confirmation was give so the delivery was in effect a surpise 2. The instruction diagrammes are much too small and sometimes in the wrong sequence so assembly was pretty difficult.”

“Easy to order ,9 weeks for delivery,Quality of greenhouse good,powdercoating Olive green high standard and beautiful colour. We opted for self assemble which we really wouldnt recommend unless your are competent in DIY . Our only gripe was that we ordered 2 water butt kitts that did not come with cap ends which we then had to purchase our selves cost of £14.00”

“Very sturdy greenhouse with shatterproof glass and black frame. It took one person four days to construct on the York stone-paved base. Delivery was prompt and left in a secure location until the base was completed. I would definitely recommend this greenhouse.”

“I'm not impressed communication is not good,they were unable to fit our greenhouse, due to us needed to get a level base .but I've tried getting an update as to when they are coming back but not has a reply to my messages.”

I’m sorry to hear you’ve struggled to get an update — that’s not the level of communication we expect for our customers.
