“The greenhouse is excellent - very good quality and looks great in our garden. Putting it together was tricky though as the instructions are really not very clear. The steps are quite vague, and the diagrams so small they are difficult to read. We managed in the end, but definitely got a couple of pieces on the wrong way round and had to take it apart and reassemble!”

“Ordered and paid for horticultural glass, this is normal glass of which 4 panes were broken. I replaced these myself. Found someone to build it for me which went smoothly. I couldn’t find how to contact yourselves to replace all glass as this glass is dangerous as it shatters into shards!”

Hi Gina, I'm sorry to hear your horticultural glass arrived damaged and that you had trouble finding a contact method. We state on your confirmation email to contact us directly for any breakages within 14 days, and they'll be replaced free of charge. “Very pleased with the greenhouse though I never give 10 in any review, nothing is perfect. I was able to erect the greenhouse in a day with the most difficult operation being a concrete slab base, not necessary but my preference Now up functional and has already husband's many seedlings”

“Placing the order on the website was a smooth and easy process. The greenhouse arrived within the timeframe advised which was within a couple of weeks. We had never built a greenhouse before and it proved challenging at times! We followed the insturctions carefully, but they could have been made easier being in silver or a lighter colour not dark blue as the pictures were difficult to decipher! We perservered and used some common sense and google along the way and between two of us we managed to fully build the greenhouse with the glass, door, staging and vent in 3 full days (over two weekends). It looks wonderful and is good quality, strong. We are over the moon and would definitely recommend this company. Thank you! We tried to upload photos but unsuccessfully.”

“This is strange to be asked now as I had it delivered last November but very pleased with his low easy to order and how efficient the delivery Didnt have it installed as did it ourselves”

“This is the second greenhouse bought from yourselves. The first experience was excellent 10/10. Unfortunately my second experience was not so good, with parts missing and I was made to feel I was lying. Stating that all was delivered and that was it. Eventually after continual harassment the parts were delivered, and the greenhouse is fine. I had spent over 4000 on the 2 greenhouses and expected better. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.”
