“Delivery time very disappointing ordered summer time it arrived late autumn introduction very poor parts not of a good standard regretting my purchase”

I’ve checked the notes on your order, and it looks like Elite attempted to arrange delivery on several occasions, but unfortunately you weren’t available on the dates they had scheduled. As their deliveries are organised by area, if a customer can’t accept the offered date it can mean waiting a little longer until they are next in that region. They do normally provide 7–10 days’ notice, and there is also the option for the greenhouse to be left in a safe place if that’s suitable. We couldn’t see any notes regarding issues with the quality of the greenhouse or its parts, so if you have experienced any problems, please do get in touch with us directly and we’ll be happy to look into this for you. “Very disappointed in the build I paid for - 4 panels have come out on 3 occasions - we have replaced the broken panels and put in more clips to hold them, the quantity that probably should have been put in during the installation. Equally disappointed in the attitude I encountered when I raised my complaint at the time.”

“Very pleased with ordering and time frame for delivery, installation went very smoothly and quickly the installers were very professional and friendly. It was just a shame that when we had high winds the glass next to the door blew out 3 times now but don't know why?. But having said that very still pleased with greenhouse.”

“Delivered on time and packaged well. This is my first greenhouse so I don't have anything to compare against but quality is good and everything fitted together very well. My only criticism is the instructions. For a seasoned gardener or greenhouse expert, I'm sure it's a walk in the park. But the terminology and components took a while to work out. Perhaps a simpler labelling system would help? That aside, I'm very pleased.”

“Arrived pretty quick. The guy even carried it in for me . We erected it ourselves not bad for a couple of pensioners. It was hard work suggest if not sure get professional help. A very good product. Our advice take your time and make sure work surfaces are level.”

“I purchased the Vitavia 6 x 6 Apollo greenhouse for my garden, it was delivered and assembled with great care. I have been using my greenhouse for a few months now and I love it. The self opening/closing window is a very handy feature. The only slight negative is that the door runner base collects dirt and water and needs frequent cleaning to keep the sliding door running smoothly. Overall I am delighted with my greenhouse and received good customer service from Greenhouse Stores.”

“Weve had the greenhouse about 6 months now. Very pleased with it. It wasnt particularly easy to construct, but two people did it in less than a day. Some of the descriptions are not that easy to interpret so we had a few times where we had to go back and undo something we had done wrong. Once built seems reasonably solid and has withstood a couple of storms. Very pleased overall. We dealt with greenhouse stores staff over delivery and they were very helpful and responsive. Would recommend them as a company”
