“I ordered a vitavia appollo greenhouse in black with toghened glass. All arrived well packed and no damage. Vitavia instructions could be more detailed. Online videos useful but again could be better. Very pleased with my greenhouse. Looks great and am sure it will last for many years.”

“The delivery was quite quick at 4 weeks from ordering. Carefully unloaded and placed the glass etc where we asked, not just a curbside delivery. On making the greenhouse we found the instructions very vague and not at all helpful. We were sent 2 pieces of glass the wrong size for the middle of the doors, missing 2 gable ‘h’ strips and short on a couple of other clips. So actually disappointed in this. Didn’t bother contacting the company as I just wanted the darn thing to be finished as it took 3 days to build. If you can splash out £500 for a professional installation person then do it!!!”

This can sometimes cause confusion during assembly, especially if the instructions aren’t followed step‑by‑step, and may explain why some pieces appeared to be the wrong size. Missing parts such as gable H‑strips or clips are rare, but if anything is ever short, we replace it immediately. Had you reached out, we could have resolved that for you without delaying your build. “I bought the neptune greenhouse, it was all very light and well packaged. I did have a builder put it together for me , I am very happy with it. It takes a little time for delivery, and that is clear on the website, so plan ahead , the delivery guy was very helpful so worth the wait. I love it.”

“The delivery time took longer than stated. One delivery guy driving in ridiculous heat alone. He was very apologetic when he arrived. I live 5hrs drive from where he collected my delivery from . You complete underestimated the delivery time slot. For that and the manner in which you treated your employee I will not be recommending you to anyone.”

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the delivery took longer than expected and appreciate you acknowledging the driver’s professionalism in difficult heat. For clarity, all VitaVia greenhouses are delivered directly from the VitaVia factory in Ipswich. They’re always sent on routed transport runs, not individual point‑to‑point trips. This system is used for every customer because the greenhouses contain glass, and delivering them straight from the factory significantly reduces the risk of damage. It also keeps transport costs down so they aren’t passed on to the end customer. That said, your delivery clearly fell outside the usual timeframe, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. We’re reviewing this run with Vitavia to understand why the delay occurred. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re sorry it left you disappointed.

“The product is really good and the quality is excellent. We couldn’t find anyone to assemble our greenhouse for us so had to do it ourselves. I would say the instructions are quite basic and could be improved but we got there without having to undo many bolts and most importantly not breaking any glass! Very pleased with the end result and would recommend the product. Also I made a mess of the cutting of two half capping bars and the factory was super helpful in me replacing them.”

“Good customer support, really delighted with my greenhouse. It took about two days to assemble, the frame day 1 then the glass on the 2nd day. It was the first time my husband had assembled a greenhouse, but it was okay. Before the greenhouse arrived he had built a decking base for it. My only disappointment was the lead time was longer than expected/stated. I think that was to do with the delivery company. Also, I had ordered it late April, so probably not the ideal time.”
