“Product seems excellent. Relatively easy to construct.”

“It is a large meccano kit but the instructions are generally very good. a couple of issues that could easily be addressed:- 1. there are no spare nuts and bolts i.e. you are pretty much given the correct number. if you over tighten, they snap. In particular you should be given extra spares for the ones that are required after the greenhouse has been built i.e. the ones that slot into the partition grooves and turn. 2. i ordered the louvre vent with automatic opener. i had to extend the cut out for the screw fittings otherwsie it was too tight and the vents didn't open and close correctly. All in all pleased but these seemingly minor points are important and could easily be addressed.”

“My greenhouse was delivered earlier than expected, and the driver was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The quality of the product is very good and the installation was as stated I.e 2 men for 1 day. The instructions were pictures only so a few parts took a bit of fathoming out but overall ok.”

“Very good and efficient service. Greenhouse came direct from Halls. All well packaged and a problem that I unfortunately had with a faulty bar was dealt with very speedily and professionally. Greenhouse is powder coated green and looks a treat. The windy weather delayed construction but now looking forward to glazing it.”

“Recently bought a 6x6 grow master advanced greenhouse. Takes awhile to put up but one erected does the job nicely. Well worth the money and thinking about getting one for another member of my family. Recently had extremely strong winds and withstood that nicely. Seeds growing well and only been in thee a week.”

“Delivery was a day early which was great, thank goodness we were in though! Greenhouse is up but it took lots of man hours and a great deal of patience. The instructions as everyone said are terrible you really have to read all the way to the end to understand how the greenhouse all fits together. Two things we found worked were heating the glazing strip with a hair dryer and if possible having a third person to look and make sure the glass on the roof was fully in before trying to join on plastic sheeting. Good Luck”

“I love my new,recently installed kingfisher 8 x 6 greenhouse in summer green. The boys had it up in next to no time in very adverse weather conditions - gale force wind and driving rain!!!. couldn't wait to get inside and get started and wondered why it has taken me so long to take the plunge after your brilliant service. Your web site is very easy to use and full of information. Communication via e-mail and phone was very efficient and the greenhouse arrived on anticipated day, had all the additional parts I ordered and was bang on time which can't be said for many things theses days. also the final price was very competitive. So thank you all at Swallow for making me so happy.”

“I ordered the greenhouse as a flatpack to erect on site - very well engineered and a stable construction- however the instruction booklet needs to be re4viewed as a priority - It is purely a pictorial document, of numbers, diagrams and photos ( not very clear) I understand a multi language instruction, but not clear in many aspects. I am a retired mechanical engineer and I had help from an experienced builder. perhaps some written instrutions for parts of the assembly would I think be helpful. Certainly CLEAR DIAGRAMS , not photos of the top hanging of louver vents, handle position, bottom door plastic slides, a few more self tap screws, and nuts and bolts would save the grovelling !! I hope this helpful- VERY GOOD PRODUCT AT A FAIR PRICE”

“The greenhouse itself is good and serves its purpose very well. The instructions for assembly could have been better: the diagrams were sometimes confusing and more explanation would have helped. We wondered whether the actual design of the metal strips which form the frame was unnecessarily complex. We managed it without too much swearing, but felt it took a long time given the size of the item. However we look forward to long growing time in this greenhouse now it's complete.”

“Customer Service throughout the transaction was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff and a delivery date to suit me. Phone call prior to delivery to give exact time and which arrived on the dot. Haven't unwrapped the greenhouse yet but I am sure if anything was wrong the company would be helpful.”

“Delivery was advertised as 21 days however in reality it will have taken 35 days by the time we receive the greenhouse on the 14th April. Disappointed that the money was taken from the card on order rather than before the despatch date or at least until delivery was confirmed by the greenhouse manufacturer. Cannot comment on the quality of product yet as we still have not received it.”
