“The service was good with one exception. I was not told on ordering the 2 tier staging in green was on backorder and would not be delivered with the greenhouse I only found out this information on delivery of the greenhouse and was informed by Vitavia the staging would be delivered within 2 weeks and as of today (14/04/2015) has not arrived. I have had no communication from Greenhouse Stores and as their Customer I am a little disappointed they have not informed me directly about the missing staging.”

“I found the service rather like the curate's egg,-good in parts.The purchase of the greenhouse my wife and I chose was quickly and efficiently delivered. and as it was a fairly large greenhouse I paid for it to be erected, I assumed on delivery. The moral in making purchases is not to assume anything.The fact of the matter was that the greenhouse could not be erected for three weeks after it had been delivered.Had this possibility been pointed out to me when I ordered the greenhouse, I may have been tempted to look elsewhere. J.G”

“bought a 7x7 corner summerhouse. very good value for money. one or two issues with the instructions and some measurement adjustments needed but overall a good buy. dont attempt to put it up yourself unless your very competent. some issues include using 30mm screws to connect a total of 27mm of wood = blood on fingers!”

“I was very impressed by Greenhouse Stores. After I had made my purchase I received an email asking me for specific details to help them deliver to the correct address and to give instructions where to leave my greenhouse. When I received a call to inform me of the delivery date, I realised that I would be away so we discussed them leaving it safely inside the back gate. It was left neatly stacked and safe. All components were well packaged and correct.”

“Excellent greenhouse. Good response from customer service. The only thing that is against it is the build drawings and the instructions. Having worked in engineering all my life, I have to say this was the worst set of drawings and instructions I have ever seen. This also applies to the louvre window and the 2 tier bench. Please have your people look into this.”
