“The service i received from start to finish, from ordering on the telephone to the delivery gentleman was very good and i would definitely recommend them again. The quality of the greenhouse and glass i am very pleased with.”

“was delivered to wrong house? Very heavy to move to our house(were oaps) Instructions aren't very clear? Clips were missing to hold down onto base, however received them next day after phoning. glass was missing and had to wait a week for delivery!”

“Good price and a great service, delivered when promised. All items supplied on time and in excellent condition. Greenhouse fairly easy to erect once the instructions are deciphered. Two person job for the frame assembly, installing the glass was simple and can be done by one person. Two days to fully build. Very satisfied customer, thanks !”

“Fast service and delivery, good customer service (had to phone about a query and the lady on customer service was very knolwedgeable and helpful). Instructions could be a little more precise and clear for assembly, had to download clearer instructions on line . Apart from that very satisfied with greenhouse. Still awaiting louvre window as it was out of stock, but the lady on the phone assured me it would be delivered middle of June. would not hestitate to recommend Greenhouse Stores.”

“Well made, sturdy greenhouse which was delivered well within the stated delivery time. Dimensions all true to specification which makes life easier when you are erecting onto the site a previous greenhouse. The sales team were polite and very helpful with a delivery query which they answered quickly and truthfully so an all round good buy - and 'the occupants' look very healthy with the promise of a good harvest.”

“Very pleased with both the product and the service. Easy to follow instructions and all the parts and fittings included. Managed to smash a sheet of glass while erecting the greenhouse but after a quick phone call a new replacement sheet was sent via courier at no extra charge. Impressive!”

“A lot of the holes were well out so hate to redrill the handles you put handles together put lock on it and all you have to do to enter shed is to undo to small screws and your in but you get what you pay for But happy And you should do a erection service. I asked but no one got back to me so I thought you did not do one”

“I love my new greenhouse. It is a new version and the installer's took a long time over it because they hadn't built this model before. But even though it took ages to build, they didn't skimp on their workmanship and I am extremely pleased with the result.”

“The delivery options were very limited. Basically you had to take delivery when they were in the area. The greenhouse was extremely difficult to erect and in my view it should be clearly flagged up as a job for professionals only. If that had been clear when I bought it I would have booked their fitter at the time, saving a lot of time and hassle. Having said that, they were very supportive with the difficulties the fitters had and the end result is fine - just gained a few grey hairs along the way.”

“Fantastic no complaints. Greenhouse delivered to Northern Ireland FREE. Other firms were looking £80 to crate and £300 for courier service. And it came on time as promised.”

“The shed itself is OK but there is no physical strength, so had to build a frame of Dexion inside to provide shelving. The shed in in our front garden and looks good.”
