“I love my greenhouse, It is very well made and I had it painted a lovely grey colour, it looks fantastic, I have had so many comments from friends about it. The Boys who fitted it did a great job too and were very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend these greenhouses Top marks.”

“I was very pleased with the service I received. At first I was unable to pay on line due to technical fault. But a very nice man phoned me the next day and because he had received my order, he just took my details for payment. Very efficient. They also delivered the green house direct to my Son's allotment which saved us a lot of trouble moving it from my address. Thank you very much”

“Delivery chap very helpful and turned up when he should have done. Construction of greenhouse okay (could perhaps do with larger illustrations to make it clearer when overlapping of parts occurs), but parts fit well and quality is good.”

“Delivery time was good. The greenhouse took 6 hours to erect, but all the components were there. I did think the greenhouse was lightweight, but the old greenhouse had glass in it, instead of polycarbonate which obviously makes a difference. Very satisfied at the moment.”

“me fingers got rather bloody sore n stiff putting the rubber tubing in slots however the wife n me consulted me old friend Percy vere so all was right in the end, we think a tool could be made to make insertion of tubing easier, all moaning aside were both pleased with product, so good night & god bless. vote, ukip, n make change”

“The website was very easy to use and all information I required to make my selection was clear and easy to follow. “All was good with the exception of not being told at any time that the louver window was on back order and would not be with us until the end of June. When I noticed it was missing I called the Greenhouse Store and was told to calls Halls direct who then informed me it was out of stock. It would have been useful if this was mentioned on the delivery note.”

“The Greenhouse arrived quickly, but the message to tell me the delivery date was not received, only found out when telephoned to find out when it was coming. All parts were in the boxes, with some extras. The polycarbonate sheets that had been cut at an angle had dust trapped in the gap between the outer layers. On contacting the manufacturer, I was told to wash it out with a hose, which was difficult. When the greenhouse was finally erected and the automatic opener fitted, it opened the window, but would not close properly because it had moved along the ridge in the breeze. I contacted the supplier again who supplied me with two clips that fitted either side of the window in ridge. I do feel that these clips should have been supplied as standard.”

“The goods arrived in good time. The shelving was up to expectations once built but I found the instructions were not easy to understand - so much so that I assembled the two shelves in opposite mode. Then I had to dismantle the top shelf, turn it round and refit.”
