“Two parts missing when I started to put the green house up, rang the firm who were very good I had the parts in two weeks.I am very pleased with the greenhouse. only fault I have with it is the lock is on the bottom of the door should be in the middle, this would stop the wind from blowing the door open.”

“The website was simple to navigate and the ordering and purchasing was easy. The telephone call confirming the delivery was on time and the actual delivery was without problem. “This is an extremely good value for money product and I am very pleased with the results now I have it installed in my garden, difficult to find anything to criticise given the price and delivery service. If you wanted to be very picky you could say that the assembly instructions could be clearer. However if you take your time it does all work out OK and I for one am very pleased with my purchase and would have no hesitation in recommending this product to any who are interested.”

“Sirs, Ordered a 6 x 4 Vitavia Venus greenhouse a month ago. Got a phone call on the 23rd.April to say it would be delivered the following day, pm. It came as promised. Driver very good would not let me help him unload, and he put the packages exactly where required. Put it up over the next few day, instructions good, easy to assemble. Not one broken , cracked nor chipped piece of glass. Looks good, and I am going to plant my tomato plants today. Regards, Chris Measures”

“Well packaged with no signs of damage on arrival. All items are well identified and instructions relatively easy to follow although having a mechanical engineering background was an advantage. Some of the pictures in the instructions could be clearer. Overall I was very pleased with what I believe is a high quality well engineered self assembly Greenhouse. Now in full use just awaiting the Tomato & Pepper harvest now.”
