“The service was very good and all the equipment I ordered was delivered as ordered. the only drawback I could mention was that one of the items, an automatic window opener came with poor instructions. I assembled it by looking at the picture on the box. Even then there were no instructions as to how to adjust it. Regards Eric Smith”

“The initial help in choosing a greenhouse for me was very good and the person I spoke to was very informative. The major problem we had was when we came to build up the greenhouse. We found the instructions very poorly written and even when we spoke to someone in greenhouse stores - who again was very good - we were directed to the manufacturers. The person there tried to help but stated that people ring up to say how clear the instructions are! I would definitely purchase from greenhouse stores again as delivery etc were all within the stated times. Excellent service. Now the greenhouse is built we are very pleased with the outcome.”
