“The delivery was at 6 am after I was told it would be late morning when I was informed the previous week. The installation was done on the Saturday and Sunday after I had to phone the supplier twice to find out when it would be done. The installation was done by David Kenny and was very good and did a first class job.”

“Everything arrives as ordered: Timescale had been given as three weeks for delivery, which was met, but is not the quickest delivery period! Very helpful deliver driver. Very pleased with the product. Well engineered and assembled fairly easily. Graphics in the instructions were OK but could have been even clearer.”

“Our lean to greenhouse looks great, delivery was on time. The only cause for concern was two of the pieces of shaped glass were the wrong size, these were sent again by courier but unfortunately the new glass would not fit. Again these were sent out again and we had to force these in to the frame. Otherwise I am extremely pleased with my new greenhouse.”

“Quality of my shed is really good for the price. Had been looking for two weeks for the same size. Discount flooring was the most reasonable. Delivery was faster than most as well. Some were saying two weeks wait. The company liaised with me regarding the delivery so I was able to choose a convenient day. In all this was a positive experience”

“Good and friendly service. Prompt useful answers to any questions. Ordering and delivery went very smoothly and the special offer I chose was very good value for money. Very good website for information and navigation. Part of the deal I ordered was let down by a Halls supplier but they were able to replace this with an alternative product with which I am very happy. I think Halls need a complete review on the construction and production of their instruction manuals and I am giving them detailed feedback on this. A big letdown on a great product.”
