“If the instructions are followed for the Halls 6 x 8 greenhouse supplied, the amount of glass clips provided is not sufficient.”

“We bought greenhouse and one of the pack with glasses were damage. we were very upset casu it was a weekend and we had to go for shopping to get new one to finish putting all parts together. I have mention this on the review and my issue was sorted within few hours. They've made a point which I have never think about before (anything can happen during transport and they are not able to check it all but if you will give them a chance they will fix it). Great communication. Sorry for overreacting :-) Thx”

“Nice looking greenhouse once up,problems with missing parts,particularly large toughened glass should be 4 panes only 3 sent ,missing self tapping screws and wire glazing fixings.other small items missing, This held up erection of greenhouse, thought some of the assembly diagrams not very clear and at times confusing,nice idea to mark aluminium structures pieces with part number. Relieved when lean to greenhouse completed, Feel it's an asset to the property,just large enough to be busy.”

“A great product put together in 4 hours. Brought it as a birthday present for my daughter who is delighted with the greenhouse and has spent many happy hours planting up her pots. The greenhouse has raised a lot of interest from my daughters neighbours who are suitable impressed and will be investigating a possible purchase.”

“Very pleased with my new garden shed. Lovely that it will never need painting! I particularly like the roof that lets light in. The only downside was that I didn't receive a telephone call pre-delivery which resulted in a grumpy delivery driver and a mad rush home from work! Fortunately I was only 10 minutes away otherwise the shed would have had to have been returned and redelivered.”

“was delivered to wrong house? Very heavy to move to our house(were oaps) Instructions aren't very clear? Clips were missing to hold down onto base, however received them next day after phoning. glass was missing and had to wait a week for delivery!”

“Good price and a great service, delivered when promised. All items supplied on time and in excellent condition. Greenhouse fairly easy to erect once the instructions are deciphered. Two person job for the frame assembly, installing the glass was simple and can be done by one person. Two days to fully build. Very satisfied customer, thanks !”

“Fast service and delivery, good customer service (had to phone about a query and the lady on customer service was very knolwedgeable and helpful). Instructions could be a little more precise and clear for assembly, had to download clearer instructions on line . Apart from that very satisfied with greenhouse. Still awaiting louvre window as it was out of stock, but the lady on the phone assured me it would be delivered middle of June. would not hestitate to recommend Greenhouse Stores.”

“Well made, sturdy greenhouse which was delivered well within the stated delivery time. Dimensions all true to specification which makes life easier when you are erecting onto the site a previous greenhouse. The sales team were polite and very helpful with a delivery query which they answered quickly and truthfully so an all round good buy - and 'the occupants' look very healthy with the promise of a good harvest.”

“Very pleased with both the product and the service. Easy to follow instructions and all the parts and fittings included. Managed to smash a sheet of glass while erecting the greenhouse but after a quick phone call a new replacement sheet was sent via courier at no extra charge. Impressive!”
