“Very pleased with your product Your installer, Stephen, did an excellent job arriving at 8.30 from Birmingham and leaving at 18000 on Friday.. One small point...when doors are fully closed lock does not engage. I telephoned your company on Monday morning and was asked to leave a message which i did. On Tuesday at 10am I phoned again and was told I would be contacted immediately,I was not. I then received a phone call from Peter (manufacturers) informing me I would be phoned immediately from their agent....................so far I have heard nothing Your comments would be appreciated, D.J.PEARCE”

“I am now enjoying the greenhouse, however as I anticipated I failed to fully construct it alone. Eventually I enlisted help from two guys more practical than me and although they also had a few problems understanding the instructions drawings, they managed. My greenouse is standing on firm wooden decking and I would have appreciated a few screw holes to anchor it firmly.”

“I bought one a green hexagonal greenhouse last year and I can't tell you how much pleasure it's given me.the product is very high quality, was delivered on time, reasonably easy to install and looks terrific. I have grown all my vegetable and flower seedlings in it this year and it is currently full of salad vegetable. Well worth the money and a good company to deal with.”

“Excellent communication with regards to delivery. Frame and glass arrived separately which was a little disappointing however it did make it by the 21st day! Following instructions to build the frame of the greenhouse was a bit of a mission and would be good if this could be simplified however it was built and glazed in a day - which was expected, and now erected I have to say is excellent and really looks great. I would certainly use Greenhouse Stores again and would have no hesitation in recommending.”

“I love my greenhouse, It is very well made and I had it painted a lovely grey colour, it looks fantastic, I have had so many comments from friends about it. The Boys who fitted it did a great job too and were very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend these greenhouses Top marks.”

“I was very pleased with the service I received. At first I was unable to pay on line due to technical fault. But a very nice man phoned me the next day and because he had received my order, he just took my details for payment. Very efficient. They also delivered the green house direct to my Son's allotment which saved us a lot of trouble moving it from my address. Thank you very much”

“Delivery chap very helpful and turned up when he should have done. Construction of greenhouse okay (could perhaps do with larger illustrations to make it clearer when overlapping of parts occurs), but parts fit well and quality is good.”

“Delivery time was good. The greenhouse took 6 hours to erect, but all the components were there. I did think the greenhouse was lightweight, but the old greenhouse had glass in it, instead of polycarbonate which obviously makes a difference. Very satisfied at the moment.”

“me fingers got rather bloody sore n stiff putting the rubber tubing in slots however the wife n me consulted me old friend Percy vere so all was right in the end, we think a tool could be made to make insertion of tubing easier, all moaning aside were both pleased with product, so good night & god bless. vote, ukip, n make change”
