“Arrived promptly as advised. Unpacked - instructions need studying but videos available on line a great help. One pane of glass missing but agreed with very helpful staff to get one locally and reimbursed including some petrol cost next day. Can't say fairer than that. Greenhouse well made and the gardener in the household now very happy.”

“Really easy to order and great facility to add additional items required for your complete build. Special deals on lots of items and a great deal can be had. My delivery of clips for internal string did not arrive but a quick call (from the supplier checking up on my order) resolved this and they arrived the next day. Really pleased with the whole transaction Thanks”

“My Greenhouse was delivered on time and the truck driver was very helpful . I opted to have the greenhouse erected for me ,the chap was also very helpful . I put together the two stagings , but found two pieces were missing, This was the only blip , on the hole very pleased .”

“The product was good. We did pay a premium to some extent so were glad the product lived up to this. All parts arrived in the agreed time and the communication was good from the company. Lots of bad reviews on DIY greenhouses on the internet generally really swayed our opinion to go with the above. I would recommend the company and the brand vitavia.”

“Well built and well thought out product. Very attractive in the green powder coat finish! The only thing that lets this product down is its instructions. Very brief and often confusing and in the wrong order. Left out installation of the rubber seals right until the end which wasn't a big deal but had to unbolt a few bars to attach fully. Also not sure if the product has been updated since or if it is because I ordered the toughened glass but the diagram at the end shows no resemblance to the glass I was sent with my greenhouse. One more thing, the base. I got this for free on offer before 31st March. Its three pieces of frame and a bag of nuts n bolts..... this is meant to be 125quid. lol!”

The greenhouse was delivered on time and the driver was very helpful. The greenhouse is a very good standard, with good instructions and looks great. “Kept well informed and delivered as promised - very friendly, helpful and courteous driver. The greenhouse instructions are extremely poor, however, and it's proving really difficult to assemble. Drawn pictures are insufficient, sometimes they are impossible to understand, it's been really frustrating - they need to be supplemented by written instructions and photographs of the bigger picture as well as the detail. So, overall, disappointed with the greenhouse (which is not yet finished after many, many hours of working on it), but the company were efficient in terms of the order.”

“once i had spent time studying the instructions the greenhouse came together with some assistance from my grandson, i found it needed another person especially when( after bolting frames together whilst on a flat surface ) erecting the same into their positions , other than that everything went smoothly , a great product with which i am very pleased , Diolch yn fawr.”

“Easy to understand instructions. Using the base makes it easy to level up and start off square. The door and fan light a little difficult. Took about 1 week on my own. Should be alot quicker and easier two people building it.”

“Delivery would have been beyond 21 days if I hadn't complained. Despatched by one man courier who could barely lift it (well done him, I wouldn't have). Instructions could have been clearer but other than that shed is fine.”

“Website quite clear, giving a reasonable amount of information about each product, and good pictures to back this up. Also, of course, the company has a huge range of products to satisfy most customers. I ordered a pair of identical items, but unfortunately only one was delivered. When I phoned to advise the company of this, the call handler was excellent, and had obviously pulled out all the stops because the second item arrived two days later. Well done, that lady! The company should consider providing a bit more online information about orders, and the expected delivery dates. I found this to be very sparse.”
