“Not having even heard of vita via before, I was a little wary. Delivery was at the time stated, and I arranged for the greenhouse to be erected. Even though a couple of panes were broken on delivery, the outcome was perfect. Customer services were very good, new panes from a local glazier were delivered on the same day as I reported the problem and I now am very happy with my purchase.”

“I found the process of purchasing the greenhouse online easy and very informative. The phone call that I received to arrange delivery was polite and helpful and the greenhouse was delivered on the day that we had arranged. However the instructions were not very clear and were at times difficult to follow. There were three of us erecting the greenhouse and we are all experienced at D.I.Y . It took us a whole day to put the base and frame together and a further half day to put the seals and glass in. It was not always clear from the illustrations which way the frame parts should be facing., which made the process harder than it needed to be. Once the greenhouse staging and auto window opener was completed we were really pleased with the outcome. However I wanted to manage people's expectations of how long it really takes to put this all together from start to finish for the average man/woman on the street! Some of the feedback suggests all this can be completed in a couple of hours.”

“Great greenhouse. Sturdy and seems well made. Only constructed for a few days so can't comment on durability. Quite complicated to put together, needs two people really, but definitely worth while. Looks lovely - definitely safer than glass. Delivery good. If ever I needed another greenhouse, would definitely use this company.”

“Greenhouse is fine although I did manage to fit the window sills upside down at first! Also not sure if the lower roof glass pane should sit on rubber or into the frame direct. Not clear from diagrams. Had a few problems with stageing : 2 of the slats self tapping screws didn't have a useable cross-head but I have my own supply, and one of the top side members didn't have the 2 predrilled holes for the small self-tapper for the small diagonal brace But I drilled my own easily.”

“Delivery was great, they were willing to deliver the greenhouse when I was out and hid it out of site for me. We have just built the greenhouse today and it has gone up fine, but one of the aluminium frame pieces is buckled a little and we needed to hammer this out. Also, the small rubber end pieces for the guttering to close them off at each end don't come close to fitting, despite lots of wiggling, so water will be running off all 4 corners until we come up with an alternative, I will contact GS about this shortly. Ok overall but a bit gutted about those two niggles.”

“The summerhouse arrived on date arranged with company and well packaged. As instructions were easy to follow my son and I managed to assemble base and building over the weekend. We are both complete amateurs and I'm in my late 60's! Very glad I bought the base as well as this ensured we got it completely level. The quality of the building is excellent just waiting for the weather to improve so I can get it painted.”

“Great communication from company who supplied greenhouse. Delivery man lovely, all very smooth. As for assembly? Its the sort of job you give to an r a f pilot when in training to test his nerves. Got there in the end, never again. Well made product , but terrible instructions. Photos would help!”

“The order was processed quickly, but then it took longer than expected for delivery. However when I contacted the company they explained there had been a delay with the order and that it would be delivered the following week , and it was. Maybe you should have informed us about the delay/ When I ordered the shed I presumed it would be green in colour as in the picture on the web, and was disappointed to find it was silver. I guess I had missed the fact that I could order green or silver and I feel this was not clear on the website. Fortunately the shed is positioned at the side of the garage out of sight, so that is the reason we kept it. other than that disappointment we were satisfied.”

“Great service, quick and was exactly what I wanted. Fairly straightforward to construct, but you defintiely need two people and plenty of time. Delivery was very flexible and I've never met such a cheery, helpful driver in all my life - he was a delight !”
