“Ordered a new 6ft by 6ft Venus greenhouse 11 days ago and it arrived with the installer this morning. Really helpful lads with honest advice made buying simple. By this afternoon I'll be using my new greenhouse. Very happy.”

“I ordered my greenhouse by telephone the staff were very helpful and the delivery was swift. The only problem was the installation instruction manual. The boxes had been stored outside and we had heavy rain. when i opened the boxes the manual was so wet i could not seperate the pages. It would be a better idea to seal them in plastic.”

“Entire building SPOILT because there was no cover to the key hole in the shed door!!!!!!!! The attitude of your sales representative who told me I could buy a key hole cover from B&Q was somewhat callous after I had just spent over £1000 with your firm”

“I bought my husband a new greenhouse, staff taking the order were efficient and knowledgeable. Delivery was on time as promised. Greenhouse instructions were clear and easy to understand. The framework is good quality , it has taken a few days to erect but my husband is in no rush. All in all an excellent buy from a good company who I would highly recommend.”

“The wooden greenhouse is excellent, but I have a problem with water running in to the greenhouse under the base. with the potting shed, its very good but put together too quick, I have had to make corrections.”

“Great product, instructions not particularly clear especially with glass provided not marrying that which is explained. However, still simple enough to work out. The clips to secure the glazing are fiddly and painful to instal and aren't necessary if you have the PVC finishing kit. The instructions don't explain that its one or the other. So, bare that in mind before you try and complete the instal. Overall, extremely pleased with the finish.”

“We recently purchased a Swallow Kingfisher 8 x 6 from Greenhouse Stores in Natural Wood which was delivered today to my father-in-law who absolutely loves 'pottering'. The delivery arrived ahead of schedule and was assembled in record time by the installation crew. The quality of the product is first class, it is attractive and reflects true value for money. “Greenhouse stores did not telephone with a delivery date,I had to contact them. The instructions to assemble the greenhouse need to be improved. There was no glass plan for toughened glass included. I had to telephone for further advice on how the glass panels where fitted, there was also a small chip on one of the long panels, I have spoken with Vitavia and they have advised that if the panel cracks they will reimburse me for the cost of replacing the panel.”

“Bought a 6x10ft rion greenhouse. Excellent purchase delighted it. Built it myself in two days and i am a pensioner.Make sure you level and square the base and it all just slots together.”
