“Can`t comment really; greenhouse was due to be delivered and erected today; all ready this end and arranged to be home; but phone call at 8am from manufacturers said "not coming because of lorry breakdown" and we try again next Monday. Unfortunate and highly inconvenient but no alternative.”

“The online ordering went well, the delivery was prompt, so no problems there. I actually ordered a Hall's Cold Frame 4 x 2 with toughened glass, a couple of problems were the usual lack of clear instructions to assemble the cold frame, especially the lid, that was quite tricky. Two pieces of the aluminium frame had holes drilled in the wrong place, so these had to be re-drilled, not sure who's responsible for the quality control here. Lastly it's impossible to check for damage etc, before signing for the consignment, as the driver is not prepared to wait around while you inspect every nut and bolt etc!”

“I have built the greenhouse on slabs and it took two of us the best part of a day I took your advice and studied the instructions as was recommended and it is necessary to do this as it is so easy to build a part the wrong way which we still did but we persevered and I am delighted with the finished product. It has only been up a week so I would say I will need a full year to make an honest assessment of the greenhouse but first impressions are how sturdy it is and how good it looks, regards George”
