“First order was great came early and all parts were correct and instructions were easy to understand but must be read carefully before you commence assembly. My second order has taken an age and no correspondence from anyone let's hope something happens soon it's been two weeks now”

“Quality of my shed is really good for the price. Had been looking for two weeks for the same size. Discount flooring was the most reasonable. Delivery was faster than most as well. Some were saying two weeks wait. The company liaised with me regarding the delivery so I was able to choose a convenient day. In all this was a positive experience”

“Good and friendly service. Prompt useful answers to any questions. Ordering and delivery went very smoothly and the special offer I chose was very good value for money. Very good website for information and navigation. Part of the deal I ordered was let down by a Halls supplier but they were able to replace this with an alternative product with which I am very happy. I think Halls need a complete review on the construction and production of their instruction manuals and I am giving them detailed feedback on this. A big letdown on a great product.”

“Our order was as stated in the catalogue and arrived on the date suggested. One small part was missing, but after a brief phone call arrived without quibble the next day. Assembly was made easier due to all relevant parts being taped together. The instructions, although correct, were rather difficult to interpret. On the whole, a great experience and my plants can now breathe a sigh of relief!”
